Stonebridge at City Park, Houston TX

Terrible apartments, the water is off most of the mornings, the remodeling is done very cheaply, they charge you for wifi service that doesn’t work some nights & you do not have the option if you want to keep it or not.there are no washer and dryer’s in the units we have to go down by the office to an washroom and those washers and dryers barely work but the rent is $2,000. Also the management is very strict but doesn’t have everything in order. I would not recommend these apartments if your looking to move anywhere.

I have lived here for three years and have had a good experience. Since Aimee and her staff came on board, I have seen many innovations and improvements on the property - digital gate entry, valet trash service, patrol service in the evenings and parking app usage, to name a few.
Management and staff do a great job of keeping us informed, of keeping the property safe and clean being responsive and helpful whenever I reach out to them. They work tirelessly to create a community in when we can be proud to live.

During my visit to this complex I received an extremely warm welcome from assistant community director, Shareeda Wallace. All I can say is, if above and beyond was a person! She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and not to mention funny lol. I appreciate her help and guidance. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for their next home, to check out Stonebridge at City Park.

I like it here but the internet and WiFi options are the absolute worst. Only two choices out of AT&T and something else that the apartments provide but the internet speeds are SO LIMITED WITH 0 WAYS TO UPGRADE

My family had the best move in experience thanks to Ms. Schreeda she was literally GOD SENT. She made the move in process very easy and simple. We are excited to see what our new apartment holds!

I been here for almost a year. I love this property. The amenities are awesome and the the staff is the best. Thank you to the manger Amie for great customer service.

The management is very nice and I appreciate all the updates they do but some things get renewed so many times special people like me try to remember a lot when you work night shift I will not be renewing my lease the rent is getting too expensive so I will be moving I recommend you go ahead and buy for a price of $1289 for mortgage.

Soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable, the young lady at the front desk presented herself very professional, and her Boss Aimee, the real MVP. Both nice people.

Quiet nice and clean community, I really appreciate the leasing staff for the time and patience during the leasing process.

Literally cant use any amenities after work because theyre only open during business hours because the gym is connected to the leasing office? Gym was closed for months before that for "renovations, " they did renovate the leasing office so it looks way nicer than any of the apts.rent should be adjusted to show that we can't use amenities - gym, yoga room, or the green pool.only recent change has been modifying the dumpsters so you put your trash in from the side and not the top.also if the gym closes at 5: 30pm, why am i getting kicked out at 5: 15pm.escalating all of this to mgmt company.its ridiculous that i can't use amenities that i pay rent for because im at work to pay rent & amenities.literally what is leasing doing to compensate for this
