We had a big pond overhaul and felt like we were in good hands throughout the process - initial consultation, design, demo, rebuild, and connection with other services (landscape, irrigation, etc.). The team at Stonebridge are professional, responsive, friendly, and obviously know their stuff. We highly recommend Eric and his team.

Wow are we impressed with this family owned company! They are tops in quality and knowledge about all things KOI! They stepped in when another company deserted us! As busy as they stay they took us on and have our equipment and fish in good shape. We have signed a service contract with them too so we now have peace of mind with our attraction. They took our non-functional, wouldn’t hold water, waterfall and pond, and turned it into a pondless Texas spring waterfall! It is just gorgeous. Kevin quickly came out and diagnosed the problem with my fountain. We talked about the best option for me. The material he needed was back at the store and he said after his other appointments he would try and make it back in the afternoon, I’m sure you’ve heard that one. Few hours later I get a text and he is 10 minutes from my house. He brought Ana and about 1.5-2 hours later the job was finished. Would encourage you to give Stonebridge a try, very personable and trustworthy.

They converting my leaking pond into a poodles waterfall and it came out better than I could hope. I am really impressed with their work and the ease of communication. I highly recommend.

Ana and Eric were amazing to work with! They communicated well each step of the project and created an awesome water feature that our family loves, and that the wildlife in our area love even more! We got a gorgeous pondless waterfall installed and within three days we had a hawk, warblers, cardinals, Blue Jays, and more visiting the feature. At night we had a family of raccoons and a friendly neighborhood skunk wander through for a nice drink of water. Love this! This is exactly what we wanted out of our water feature and it's delivered and then some. After the project was complete, we had a quick question about the system and they were quick to follow up then, as well, with helpful information and answers to our questions within 24 hours. That was after they'd been paid for the project over a month ago. Great customer service!
