Recently moved in and had a very pleasant experience. Daniel is great and very helpful. The location, amenities, and the apartment complex itself is so lovely. Excited to be living here!

Hands down the absolute worst apartment management I've ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Any positive reviews are paid for by the complex. They have had a huge garbage dump and storage unit placed in the back pool area taking up a dozen guest parking spots for nearly a year now. Even before storing their junk on the guest parking there was already not enough parking spots to accommodate the number of residents living here. They also advertise that they have a peloton room free for residents to use and sign up for. However, both peloton bikes have been broken for over a year now. And yet they still showcase the room as if it's an amenity. If you put in a maintenance request, don't expect to receive any service for at least a week. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is. If you are looking to move here, save yourself the trouble and choose elsewhere.

Loving the move in so far! Daniel at the leasing office made us feel welcome and at home ever since we walked into the leasing office. Clean apartments, great amenities and close by to A LOT of neat places.

It's a nice apartment. Staffs are excellent. They always reply email fast and trying to figure out my questions and requests as possible as they can. Love to live here. Also it's a great location. Super convenient for shopping or grocery.
Lori was my leasing agent. She is great.

Lori made this entire process painless. The renovation was done extremely well. The counters and cabinets are beautiful. The entire property is very well kept. Thank your Lori for your patience, tenacity, and concern for what is best for your customer.

These guys will charge you for every little inconvenience. Your trash barely fits in your trash can for service to come pick it up? $25 fee. Your dog barks at night? $25 fee. You buy a keyless tag to replace a lost one then come to find the old tag within the week? No refund (it's $125). Rates will go up every year after a lease ends, so if you're looking for a place to live 3-5 years.look somewhere else. Unless you love the location, because this is really a sweet spot in terms of distance to attractions

Toured this property today and Daniel was amazing and completely sold us on the complex. It really does matter who is at the front desk. We toured a few others while some were comparable honesty the deciding factor was how friendly and helpful Daniel was the location, the property was beautiful and had a very serine feeling with all the trees. He was friendly, helpful and explained everything. I think this was the first time at the end of the tour I didn't have 1 question because Daniel answered all of them before I could even ask.

I've loved living at Stonelake! Moved into a one-bedroom in August 2022, and I've had absolutely no issues with management, maintenance, pests, or quality of unit or amenities. I also feel very safe, as the community is gated and patrolled at night by security guards. I haven't seen a single roach, even outside. That says a lot for an Austin apartment! You also really can't beat the location. So many grocery stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. It's also located right off the entrance to both I-35 and Mopac, which has saved me so much time getting around the city. The front office is always so nice and helpful, but to be honest, I haven't even really needed their help with much! Would highly suggest moving here.

From the first call to Stonelake at the Arboretum to processing my application and approval was exceptional. The patience and costumer service was exactly what it should be. Thank you Daniel for your guidance throughout this process.

Living at Stonelake has been incredible. From the friendly and responsive staff, to the property itself…it was hard to bring it to a 4-star review rather than a 5. The only reasons being that guest parking has gotten a bit more congestive. I’ve notice a few, what seems like, abandoned cars in guest spots that make it tricky for guests to park. I lived in an area that has a good amount of guest spots, but it seems the paint indicators weren’t spaced properly because they’re so narrow. The second reason why I gave it a 4-star rating was because I sometimes work from home and the very few times I created a maintenance request, I always included to give me an estimated date of arrival to make arrangements with work and for my dog. Each time they came in whenever and as a woman who lives alone, it had me on edge. Other than that, I NEVER saw any pests (roaches especially) which was a huge plus for me. The pools are beautiful, the community is very respectful, and had it not been a change in jobs, I would’ve stayed longer! I recommend this apartment community to friends and hope others have a great experience as I did!

Don't lease here. Very greedy complex, rent raises over 20%. Poor construction, thin walls, mold, roaches, no trash pickup so it sits, high electric bills, old AC units, noisy pipes, disrespectful management team, the list goes on and on

I really enjoyed living at Stonelake at the Arboretum! They are responsive to maintenance requests. The team/management is so kind and warm and helpful! Lori is always responsive and they really do listen to your needs and resolve issues quickly! It was a great place to live when I moved to Austin! The only reason I left was due to inflation in the area. The only complaint I have is the raccoons at night but I think that is just due to dumpster locations in the complex. Otherwise, an overall great place to live!

The community manager at Stonelake is an absolute superstar! She did a fantastic job of keeping the community in the know during this month's recent ice storm; I was able to continue my vacation in peace knowing that if there were any issues with my building or the complex as a whole, she would let residents know ASAP. Quite refreshing when compared to City Manager Spencer Cronk's lack of communication and constant shifting of goalposts regarding the storm and power outages.

I've lived here since January 2016 and I ain't got no complaints! It's a gated garden style apartment that's in a super convenient location, being a stones throw away from Mopac and 183.

A few thoughts for prospective tenants: each unit gets one covered parking spot. If you have two adults living with you then, unless you get an additional garage (you can have more than garage), one of the adults will have to park in the free parking. These free parking spots are small and it may not be that easy to find open free spots in the evening.

For the covered parking: occasionally you may have to deal with someone parking in your spot. Unless their lights were flashing (which would indicate to me that they were only there temporarily) I'd usually leave a on their door and if, 24h after my having that, the vehicle was still there, I'd have it towed (the number to call to get cars towed is by the entrances).

Overall, I'd highly recommend a garage if you have 2+ adults in the same household.

All the mailboxes for the entire complex are in a very specific area so if your unit is closer to York Blvd then it is to Stonelake Blvd you may need to walk more than you might want to check your mail.

They use Amazon Lockers for package delivery, which I absolutely love. This means that you can pick up packages at any time and don't have to worry about porch pirates.

They have a free gift wrapping station in Christmas, which is cool, their gym has Peloton bikes if you're into that sort of thing, the leasing agents and maintenance staff are super friendly, etc
