9 Safe place. Pools almost never opened. 2 different cards for 2 different entries.
Big for 3 rooms.
I have been living in these apartments for 4 years and I have not had any problems. The office is very kind to me, thank you. And cindy is very kind too thank you

I have a friend who recently moved into this property. The property is very clean and quiet and the ladies in the office are very attentive.

THERE IS A NEW WAY TO PAY RENT "NEW APPLICATION" AND WHEN YOU GO TO ASK FOR HELP FROM THOSE WHO ARE IN THE OFFICE THEY JUST TELL YOU THAT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU COME BACK LATER IT'S TIME FOR LUNCH AND THEY ARE BUSY AND FOR YOU TO GO. THE WORST SERVICE FROM THESE WOMEN SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE 'RACIST' OR WHAT? BESIDES YOU NEVER FIND PARKING AFTER 6PM THE TRUTH I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE THE PATIENCE TO WAIT TO PARK AFTER 3 TO 4 HOURS FOR A PARKING?
Elizabeth and Barbara along with the Leasing Agent in office are so incredibly Amazing at what they do! They are super professional and bring so much light to the property! Working with them has been by far an amazing experience!
I have he resided at StoneRiver for 10 years.
This year StoneRiver has had a major renovation project that completely updatined the plumbing, apartment units, sewage and parking facilities.
(For some it was necessary inconvenience) but necessary). All work requests are handled immediate. If its a emergency, its prioritized.
There are several apartment Floorplans that are upgraded.

It’s mold in my shower ceiling my garbage disposal don’t work it’s some object poking through the shower. Don’t even get my stated of the general smell of the complex. No where to park very loud. Shower is never hot. There is literally no reason to live here. Breaking my lease
