Stony Creek Apartments, Austin TX

I’ve lived here for 6 years and I love it! The complex is quiet and peaceful and the staff and management at the complex are kind and helpful! They do fun activities for the residents and are super timely with maintenance requests.there is a super nice pool a little disc golf area and it’s one of the few apartment complexes that still feels like old Austin in the good way.most of my neighbors have all been here 5+ years which is always a good sign!

I’ve been at this apartment for half a year now and have really enjoyed my time. It’s quiet, clean, and affordable. The pool was so nice this summer and had shade from big beautiful trees. I absolutely love having the dog park and the grilling area is a nice touch as well. Apartments suck but this one doesn’t! Alexa is such a sweetheart and Rudy is just so helpful and kind. They work really hard and it shows. Def would recommend!

Good place to live. Great for dogs with a giant dog run. Staff is friendly and helpful. Met a lot of friends over the years here.

I love living here the place is really well located really close to everything and the team at the leasing office and maintenance are the best; both of them take really good care of everything with a timely response to assist with any concerns, question or request. Great place to leave.

This property is very well kept. Alexa and her staff are always on top of things and makes sure the residents really feel at home.

I want to share my great experience living in this apartment complex. I lived here for over ten years, and it was amazing. However, I had to move to a different city due to work. The complex has a lovely pool and a huge dog park where I took many lovely pictures of my dog.

The apartments are very friendly, and the staff is excellent, especially Alexa, the property manager. She always has a smile on her face and is very helpful.

I highly recommend renting in this apartment complex if you enjoy spending time with your family at the pool and with your dogs at the dog park.

When it comes to living in apartment complexes, the management and maintenance teams are what make for a good experience. Alexa & Rudy are great at what they do, very responsive, and look after the residents in their community. She's great at keeping the residents involved, and comes up with some great ideas for events! Rudy and his maintenance team are quick to respond to any issues or problems. 5 stars for the team here!

For an old place, I am happy to live here going on 5yrs. Alexa & Rudy are fine people to deal with. They get my vote two thumbs up.

I lived here for around 3 years and it served it's purpose as a single man. 1 bedroom starting at around 900/month is south Austin you can't really beat it. Not perfect, by any means but it was home for a saga in my life. The maintenance is where this place shines, Rudy is a badass and anytime I had an issue he always gets the job taken care of. If you need a place to start out in Austin this is a decent place to do it

It is a quiet, safe place, the location is incredible and above all it is a very friendly place, both the people who have been living there for years (some people are more than 10 years old) and the people who have just arrived, are usually kind and friendly. The administration and maintenance people are exceptional, always friendly, attentive and willing to help with any problem, situation or question. It is a great place to live.
