The manager is such a nice man. I've had my storage there for several years no issues they watch out for your things.

I love this facility! The onsite mgr.is amazingly friendly and she is very knowledable. I love the security and safety of my items and the P. 0. Box I rent is budget friendly like the units. A towel bonus is the clean restrooms, they sell propane have a compressor for emergency flat tires, and a spot to rinse your rv or buggy if your storing it here.

Very nice facility, clean and well kept. Management conducts business in a friendly and professional manner.

Potential renters beware before you rent read this story about the security and the worthless management

was one of the first to lease a huge a/c shop when the original owner Jack opened the complex.

This past Christmas morning $25,000 worth of my items from dirt bikes to washer and dryer set.was stolen from my home over on the lake side of hwy 105

The police did zero to solve this case
I am a mechanic by trade not a detective
I solved the who done it and where is my stuff, from college Station to Montgomery
It was spread out,

The interesting part is there are 2 units currently at storage 105 full of my stolen property.

The police couldn't wouldn't help me because the management at storage 105 didn't have time to review the cameras to show the people listed on the lease papers bring my stolen stuff on to storage 105 property.

The manager told me that me just telling her the issue is just hear say

I named every make model color quality count and copies of transactions

That is not hear say those are facts

I've offered to pay the storage bill that's behind in full to get my stuff
She will not accept it

She is going to auction off my stolen property because she thinks that will make things right.

The guy that stole a $10k dirt bike has zero pending charges for the theft
I spent $3000 to get my bike back
And now I'm facing criminal charges for the method I was forced to use on paper.

All those cameras and management that doesn't have time to look at the camera history is like having no security at all

The day of the auction I will blend in with the crowd and when the door opens I'm loading my stuff and my mother who is no longer living items up,
I'm sure the police will be called about me stealing my stolen stuff back

Over priced dump that criminals have more rights than the tenants

Storage 105 is the best place around to store pretty much anything you have, from big RVs to small boxes. The staff is awesome, super friendly and always smiling. Highly recommended!

Ever since they have opened I do use them off and on and I do like this place a lot. I will continue using their location to store. I have things there now.

This place is big and awesome. Very clean and the gun store inside was a complete surprise. That place had everything. I will definitely come back here and check it all out. I will definitely recommend this storage to everyone I know.

Great location! Storage 105 has friendly staff and their facility is clean and secure. The mail store is convenient with competitive prices. They also sell propane. The owners support local veterans by hosting weekly gatherings in the business park behind the storage facility. The huge American flag that you can see miles away is always dedicated to a local veteran. Will not do business anywhere else!

These people provide great service. Not only are there cool lawn decorations EVERYWHERE, they keep the grounds clean, and have great security. There is a restroom available for customer use, and benches to sit and relax if you need a break. Nicest storage facility I've ever seen.
