The minute I walked in the storage facility I was welcomed with great customer service. Courtney.was very attentive and very professional, helping me with a storage unit. I didn't find out the other storage lady representative but, she also made customer service conversations and very helpful as well. Both ladies where down to earth when came down to communication skills and renting a storage unit. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. Courtney made time to show the facility and the storage unit that I was to occupied to rent.

Having been a paying customer for over a year with this storage, never missing a payment and not giving them any push back when I got notice of an increase in monthly rent, you’d expect better service. I’ve been stuck inside the lot due to a “system offline” error for over an hour. No on-site management to help. No answers to our calls and pleas for help. So I’m waiting for SAPD (called non-emergeny) to help and apparently this kind of thing happens all the time according to the operator. I hope the owners of this property see this and make this right by their customer.

I called this storage facility and spoke with Suzanne about the size and cost of storage. She was kind and went over the different prices and the special deal they had. We went to the facility and she drove us in her golf cart to 3 different storages so we could choose the one we preferred. It was a quick and painless process. Great service!

The young girl named taylor who was working at that time was so spunky and full of life, made us laugh and was all professional about the storage. She showed us around. Perfect
