Marcus and Kimmy were very helpful in facilitating the rental of my storage space. Quick and responsive to assessing my needs, thorough, and wonderful customer service. The storage unit was extremely clean, uncluttered, easily accessible, and had all the things I needed. They will continue to get my business and referrals.

Despite the response from the business on my review, no one has reached out for information to aid in their “investigation”. You’re likely at risk for an inside job of getting goods stolen should you rent here.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. One of our units locks mysteriously stopped working with all keys. We had them break and change the lock, not thinking to check at that time to see if anything was missing since the unit did not appear broken into. Now that we were ready to remove the items, we have found thousands of dollars worth of stuff missing. These are items that did not go into storage boxed, which leads me to believe that since the lock that was used to replace it was the same as the one I purchased from them, for them to get “lucky” in finding high value items has to be an inside job of someone being able to have watched through footage what was going on. Please be careful and find another relocation and research reviews. You will lose more than any savings they could offer you. It is extremely sad since some of those items were not only expensive but had sentimental value as well.

Unless your district manager plans to reach out directly to her details to aid in this”investigation” and make me whole, Your response is purely to save face on a public platform. I will update this review if action is taken based on the response from the business.

I was very pleased with storage king. The managers and staff helped to make my moving process less stressful. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Wow, just wow. I have missed such great customer service. These guys kept our things safe and secure for more than 3 years while we traveled the US. Expensive musical equipment was in like new shape when we finally moved into our new home. Any billing issues, like when my card was stolen and I forgot they were billing to it, were handled quickly and efficiently over the phone when the old card declined. I would recommed this place to anyone!

I had a storage here before when it was life storage. I still like the facility. I came back and got one today and office assistant Shelia was so nice and very helpful. She explained everything throughly. Glad to come back.

I had lost faith in the concept of great customer service until I ran across the people here. Yes, the facility is clean, easily accessible and secure, but the people truly set this place apart. I have total confidence that all my things are well protected and I appreciate the employees very much. Thank you!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY AS POSSIBLE! DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY ON RENTING HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE MORE ITEMS OF VALUE MISSING THAN YOU PAY IN THE RENT WITH NO WAY OF GETTING IT BACK.

If I could give this 0 stars I would.

January 29,2022 my unit was broken in to. No physical damage was made to the lock or outside of the storage unit to "prove" there was a burglary so my claim was denied through the insurance company they recommend to you upon move.

However, there are many ways for people to get in. Just days before the incident they had an auction on vacant storage units and then allow the buyers to remain unsupervised on the floor to do as they please. Coincidentally my unit had $2,000 worth of items missing. As I proceeded down to the office to inform management about what happened, a gentleman on the same floor as me noticed his had been broken into as well. The manager Kimmy and the other associate that was at the desk proceeded to take information for their incident report. During this process she makes a comment to me "Your storage unit is so organized, you would've never known someone broke in". Did not sit well with me then, does not sit well with me now. She told me and the cop that was called for the report that it would take at least a week to comb through the footage. I called back a few days after to inform her I realized other things were missing and asked how the footage was coming along to get the response "It's going to take at least a month because I am going to have to have someone sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day to go through each entry way".

It's now three months later and after I was notified by the insurance that the claim was denied due to the statement the manager gave and lack of physical evidence of forced entry I went back to the facility to ask for the footage and at first she says "I haven't gotten to it " then when I mentioned she made that statement she says "I meant I haven't gotten any evidence from the footage". I still have no progress on this claim and the manager/owner is not helpful in any way.

Was very pleased with the price we got for our storage unit. Property manager Mandy Woolen was very helpful and informative about the process of accessing the facility and storage unit. She offered the locks available and she made sure I had the proper lock. She definitely made my moving experience pleasant. Will highly recommend this location to family and friends.
