I had a terrible experience with Crossroads Moving and Storage. They mishandled the installation of my fridge, resulting in a significant leak and extensive water damage to my home. The owner initially promised to rectify the situation but completely ghosted me afterwards. Their lack of responsibility and accountability for the damage they caused is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.

I've had to move things in to a storage locker several times over the course of college when moving apartments, and these guys were by far the easiest, reasonable, common sense place I've delt with. Their reservations are real reservations, so you can reserve a locker for sure two weeks in advance while other places double sell your locker or only reserve the price. Great guys!

The gentleman and lady at the front were incredibly helpful and personable. Everything was handled quick and efficiently and there were no hang ups. Great price and good people.

Very happy here so far. They do a lot to preemptively ward off thieves, I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find. Customer service is top notch as well! This review is for the people who actually work there.

For those closer to the top, the ones making many more of the decisions, it’s annoying that if you call their number, a 979 number, you get someone stationed at some remote location, with whom it’s not very easy to converse. Please set up a landline which goes right to that location.

We stopped to checkout this storage property. The managers Vickie and Steve were very happy to help us. We took a tour and rented a 10 x 10 air-conditioned unit. The whole process was simple and quick. A great place.

Ever since the company changed from Crossroads to storage king, the customer service has gone extremely downhill and only the prices have gone up. The area is not kept up anymore and you only have spaces filled with water, weeds and trash. I have been a loyal customer for years and the minute I started to comment about the upkeep and how the standing water was damaging my rv tires, they decided to cancel my membership, without my consent. I am leaving mainly because of this situation.

I'm renting a 10x10 climate controlled unit for a few months.
The prices seemed good to me, moving stuff in has been easy, and the unit was cool and clean. There are carts and dollies available to be borrowed during office hours, and staff have been very friendly.
I'm glad I found this place to keep my stuff over the summer.

Clean buildings and grounds, with ample space for all kinds of furniture and moving vehicles. Quick process from start to moving my stuff in, right in the middle of moving season too! The facility is also gated (you receive a code when you complete your lease agreement) and fenced with barbed wire, both of which seem well maintained.

Just had the best experience with Steve and Vickie. They are the most amazing people and made my day even better when I came to make my payment. Thank y’all so much for being so kind and very entertaining.
