It is a problem for those of us who are renting a storage to fight for the parking that is used by the people from the company across the street.

I would like to take this time in thanking Mrs Kim Anderson for her excellent customer service and her readiness to solve a issue I was facing with finding a safe environment to store my Semi truck. Her understanding of my situation and readiness to help, gave me and my family peace of mind, in my opinion that's what's lacking in this world, people who truly care about other's and to me she showed me that there are still, some out in the world who cares. So I would like to say thanks! "I truly appreciate your help this morning".

I started with them when it was Blvd26 storage. Then it changed to Storage Sense. Six months in they raised my rent citing economic changes, then again citing maintenance costs increasing. It became more expensive. The reason I stayed for as long as I did was the staff. They are great and they work with you. Corporate may increase cost, but the staff keep the place operating and they genuinely care.

The front lady is very friendly, she take time to explain everything and no matter how many time you go she smile at you. A+ thank you.

I stored here for over eight months, and Kim was absolutely the best person to work with! She was very attentive to my needs as I was storing 2 RV’s outside, extremely helpful on keeping me updated on upgrades they were making to the facility and helping to keep an eye on my private property I would highly recommend this facility and I will use them again.

I work with Painter Bros and we have been working with Kim in the office the office manager. Truly appreciate her support on the project, excellent communicator and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming back out to complete the 2nd phase of the project and working with kim and her company again.

Door was locked but there was a number to call for someone on the sign that said they were out in storage. I called and someone answered and was at the door a few mins later. Let me see unit.sign up was a little confusing because the system tried to charge me for 3 months but rep took care of it.

Grandalyn was very helpful in getting me signed up for the perfect size storage unit. She was patient and kind, and I appreciate her going out of her way to help me the way she did. Superior customer service!

Love them! Never had a problem with them they always help me when needed, the storages are nice size's and clean!

All of the employees were great. I had a terrible experience with the last storage company and Sorage Sense made me feel right at home and took care of me the moment I came in! You have my vote for being the best place to store my belongs in!
