Great experience with entire staff. Facility has great prices, always clean, and excellent customer service. Security has exceeded my expectations as a code to needed every aspect of the facility. Would highly recommend!

3rd time I have come to make a payment and the doors are locked at 4: 58 until5: 30 it says. The thing is, they close at 6pm. Not happy! Bad for business

Can't beat these prices, especially during these difficult times. A plus service from management. Aside from trying to reach them on the phone (may have to try a couple of times) this places more than makes up for it with the service they provide. Hands down the only storage place you need!

I paid for my storage on Friday 4-1 the office staff a gentleman advice me that I can start using my storage unit that afternoon. Instead I decided to move my boxes on 4/3 we had a truck full of boxes and two cars. We get there and the unit is locked. It had a yellow lock on it. The man that help me. Really didn’t help. We had to bring every back and unload. I had 3 very angry individuals. I need an explanation as to why this gentleman did not complete his job. Have you, you were recommend by a pervious customer.

Several units on the 2nd floor was broken into and management knew about it. One of the units happened to be mine, management didn't have the decency to notify anyone what transpired.

Had this storage unit for 4 months and in that amount of time they were able to claim we had a missing lock on our unit and replaced with one of their locks. However, were unable to call to inform our lock was ever missing. Then we called and left 5 voicemails to cancel the unit and they can’t answer. Missing multiple expensive items from our unit and they will not show us video footage or follow up with us about what they saw on footage or with police. Do NOT store here if you value your belongings.

American Value Storage has the best offer, cleanest facilities, and the most helpful staff possible. I talked to a man named Ernest who gave me one of the best customer service ive ever experienced. He truly takes the time to make this business a 5 star establishment. Besides waking in a with great customers, you can see that the place is very secured. Tons of servalence cams and show you how to properly secure your unit. The part that I was thrown back on was how clean everything is. I was exspecting a dirty place but that is the EXAT opposite. They place not only smells great but is super clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search if an amazing storage place

Great place 24hr camera monitoring, amazing management staff, great customer service, free coffee and water. They also sell moving supplies like boxes, tape, mattress covers, bubble wrap, rope and locks.

My storage unit was broken into and items were stolen. I thought they had better security but apparently the thief was able to break in through the fence.my storage door and lock were broken.stayed that way until I moved things out. I went the other night because I have another storage unit there and none of the security lights were on. I would think after a break in and for our security the lights would be on.dont know what to think.

We have had an enjoyable experience over the past two years of storage here. The staff has always been friendly. The place is kept in immaculate shape. We highly recommend American Value Storage at De Zavalla Rd.

I called because I keep getting mail for one of there renters I spoke with the manager confirmed that’s person has stuff there and refused to stop sending out there mail and refused to change the address he told me he didn’t care. In my opinion just anyone calling should not be able to find out your full name and that you have a unit there I think you should be able to have a little more privacy than that

Need to work on better customer service, went in looking to rent a unit and the guy seemed too busy. He has poor customer service skills, if an individual does not like there job they should not be there. Will be looking else where.

Ernest A+ Customer Service. Treats you as Family. Awesome deals. All Units are climate weatherproof, clean, security codes, surveillance cameras 24/7. Also have dollies, equipment to move your furniture and belongings into your storage. Elevators to go to the second, third, fourth floors. Elevators and doors are wide enough to put a car in.

We are considering going to another storage unit they raised the prices at this one they force you to have their insurance even if you have your own.

These people are rude and don't care about there customers nor there belongs all they concerned about is money

Happy to hear they have new management. Previous manager Lindsey was terrible! She was EXTREMELY lazy and was always just sitting outside smoking and doing not much else. Old management company manager Daniel was just as bad. Very unprofessional people. More like a bunch of carnival people working there than professionals
