We live nearby and this facility has always been quiet and well maintained. Calling for a quote is your best bet, their website doesn't have prices listed, and I don't know if the request a quote option was working, but I was in a time crunch and just called. They are under new ownership and the manager at this location is very friendly and easy to talk to. They take pride in their storage facility, they keep it clean, and gave me detailed information about their move-in / move-out procedures and pest control protocol. I got quotes from 6 or 7 different storage facilities in the area and they are priced very competitively with the other storage companies. I will say the experience of looking at a potential unit, signing the lease and moving in was what really made me pick this storage facility. Friendly, efficient, and easy. The manager even remembered my name when I ran into him 2 days later. That's someone who take pride in their job, and their facility.
