Amber at store here was super helpful. I was looking for a climate control indoor unit and she took the time to explain the difference and pointed me in the direction of facilities in the area that I could call. This is Customer service at its best. She considered me as a person, not just trying to solicit my money. I world rent a unit here just to engage her service but unfortunately they did not have what we needed. Thank you Amber for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Evan is the very best. Best customer service I have ever gotten. I have a unit there and I have been at that location for many years now, it has great security and it's very accessible right off of Pioneer. The managers are very nice, they're very helpful and will give you the best service ever and the best deals in town.

I have been with this location almost 4 years. As years pass new employees come and go. Staff varies, but Amber has been the best. She is so helpful, and honors her word. Very knowledgeable on custom needs in space.
Company; There prices have increased dramatically almost double since I have rented, but I haven't had any issues of theft, or odd people around the propert. Very nice overall. No dishonest dealings. And I've truly believe that has alot yo dov with who is managing the facility. I'm glad Amber oversees this location.
