This storage/ parking facility is a joke. This facility was chosen because of location, however, that was not a good decision. My business parks a tractor trailer here. My driver makes deliveries by appointment and on more than one occasion has not had access to the vehicle causing us to miss our appointment time. The response from management was nonchalant and basically we can’t do anything about the system not working. There is no emergency fail safe for customers to retrieve their vehicles. I am looking for another facility and would suggest you do your research before choosing this one.
