10The truck I rented was decent and clean! The owner Peggy was very rude to me for no reason! I started to do business elsewhere but I went on and went with her! I was very polite to her so I did not understand why she was so rude and not welcoming and friendly! I would never recommend this business to anyone I know nor will I be going back! Peggy look sweet bit she’s really not.
We were in immediate need of storing a vehicle and finding a moving truck. Storing the vehicle was easy. We'd been through a few different places looking for a truck. We only needed it for about 3 hours. A truck was dropped off right as my family was checking in the car to Storeroom. Peggy had to jump through a couple of hoops to get U-Haul's website to cooperate, but we got our truck! After returning the truck (in before 9pm!), I noticed I couldn't find the keys to the storage unit we'd rented on a different property earlier. Peggy let me come check the truck for the keys even as it was time to lock the gate. It was an arduous day and we sure happy for Peggy's help! When we needed a hero, Peggy was there! I'd leave more than 5-stars if I could!
Ms. Peggy is ole' school professional and courteous! The property is clean and well kept, Ms. Peggy is great to work with. I was unloading a truck and trailer by myself late one evening and her son actually came outside and offered to help me! I was so exhausted from moving, I was happy to have the help! Just really nice people doing the right thing, I should have left this review months ago, but now realize another great aspect of doing business here. If my payment doesn't go through, Ms. Peggy let's me know and works with me to draft it again when its good for me. They don't just keep running the payment and causing NSF fees! I can't express how grateful I am for this service, every business should be so thoughtful during economically difficult times such as these!
I have been with them for 5 years and I am so thankful for everything that they are doing with Covid-19 going around us. Also they have amazing customer service.
I rented a unit from Storeroom Storage a few months ago. I was able to do everything online. I was also able to rent a UHAUL truck to help me move all of my stuff.
I recently rented a unit from Storeroom Storage. The property manager was so friendly and patient. The unit was very clean. The website is user-friendly and they offer auto-draft so that is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Been in business with them for well over 20 years. Until recently, prices were competitive. The owners recently raised the prices, matching the price of a 24 hour, fully climate-controlled storage facility. Here, the climate is not controlled, there are critter issues, and the gravel pathways to drive are terrible if you care for your car. The woman who works here is amazing, super sweet, and always a helpful, friendly person.
I have been using this storage facility for years. Ms. Peggy is so sweet and has always handled any issues I have had (which have been very few). I understand there are new owners and I am excited to see what changes they are going to make to update the facility. I am also happy to hear that they will soon be offering online billing. That will be much more convenient for me.
