They run a nice scam with the towing company. Make sure your guests know they have to "register" their car online every single time they come.

Ignore any negative comments. I couldn't speak more highly of the building and onsite team. Ask for Layla in the leasing office, she's amazing. I lived here for two years and even met my boyfriend of two additional years at the property. I recently sold my home and moved back to Strata two years later and have received the same level of service. Highly recommend this building. Great community environment!

They would rather harass you for complaining about anything than fix a problem. Management and ownership is a joke. If you want to party and live at a frat house, this is your place!

Great location, fabulous amenities and great staff! I lived at Strata for almost two years and really enjoyed my time there. The amenities are beautiful, my favorite being the roofdeck with Dallas Skyline view. Management staff is very responsive and professional and communicative. I highly recommend leasing at Strata, if life events didn't lead me elsewhere, I would absolutely still be a resident there!

Like it very much so far. I was spoiled to a wolf stove gas cook top, but other than being used to a little more luxury appliances and a jacuzzi tub, if apartments had been this nice when I was young it's possible I would have never bought a home. Office is always helpful and have had zero issues. Love the pools and almost never see anyone one. Sometimes fire trucks cause racket. Its city life.

Management charges move out fees without offering an itemization of the balance due. Despite requesting via phone and email a detailed list of the move-out charges, management still refuses to supply the adequate documentation. Instead they are claiming forging damages in order to collect a cash balance. I have requested this documentation multiple times and have never received a call or invoice. Instead, I received an email threatening to put my account into collections, which would ultimately damage my credit. All I would like is to know what I am being expected to pay for so that I can take care of the balance without further implications. Poor management and business operations.

Love living here, luxury living at an affordable rate. Staff is super friendly and events are fun. There are a few quirky things as there are everywhere, but overall this place is great. The clientele skews young but it's getting more diverse.

My vehicle was stolen from this apartment on 08/09/2017 I moved in 07/25/2017. I woke up ready to go to work and my vehicle was gone. I called 911 to ensure vehicle wasn't towed or anything, they confirmed my car wasn't on their system listed as a tow car anywhere. I went to the police station to file a police report, in the meantime I asked the apartment manager to look at the video cameras so maybe they could assist with the investigation of my car disappearance. They promised me they will look at the video footage and get back with me. I stopped by their office two times during the day and they were still reviewing the cameras which I highly doubt they did, they show no interest in helping. Also, when I first moved in I was showed a completely different apartment when I got the keys to my apartment it look nothing like I expected. I was truly disappointed but I still signed the 10 months lease because I had just moved from Houston to Dallas and I needed a place to live immediately. I asked if I could get transferred to a bigger apartment after 3-4 months because I needed more space and they said no.they didn't want to take my offer letter and qualify me for a bigger/better apartment because they said this was a "new job" and they didn't know how much I made in incentives. I was willing to provide w-2's, paystubs, bank statements if needed but management reject it and didn't offer me any solutions neither. I cant wait for my lease to be over. I don't feel safe here anymore and I hope I find my car.

Nice place to live. Only issue is I hear everything from the people next to and above me. The people above have 2 big dogs so I give them a pass. Other than that, the place is beautiful. Great amenities and great gym/pool!

This apartment complex looks great on the outside, but don't let yourself be fooled. Management is sub par, and can be very difficult to deal with. When I renewed my lease last year I had to get my insurance agent involved because the front office insisted that my renter's insurance paperwork wasn't filled out properly even though it was 100% filled out per Strata's request. I have also spoken to numerous apartment locator services here in Dallas that have mentioned that when they call to get updated unit pricing, the front desk staff usually hang up on them, or are extremely rude.

The pool looks great, but unfortunately anyone can get into the pool area, and believe me they do. There is no security working at the pool (or anywhere at Strata for that matter) so people bring their friends, and most weekends in the summer turn into a college frat party type atmosphere.

For what you pay, you get very little. The hallways only get cleaned once every few months, the parking garage rarely (if ever) gets cleaned, and the garage gates and elevators are broken half of the time. The balcony with a downtown Dallas view recently caught on fire and had to be closed for renovations. One night my girlfriend got trapped in the garage elevator, and had to bang on the doors until someone happened to pass by and let her out. The front office's e-mail response to me was "it was working fine when I used it earlier" when I let them know about this incident. I had to get a City of Dallas building inspector to check out the issue before Strata actually stepped in to fix it.

There have been over 70 police reports filed at Strata since 2015 for theft, burglary, and stolen cars. My car was also recently broken into while I was parked on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. The Knox-Henderson neighborhood is "up-and-coming" but unfortunately Strata have not learned their lesson and have done virtually nothing to keep their residents, and their property safe.

The last thing I will say is that I have been very impressed with the apartment maintenance crews. They have promptly addressed all of my apartment maintenance issues, and always clean up after themselves.
