Street Toyota, Amarillo TX

Visited the dealership today looking at a new to me car, and when I was greeted by the salesmen they were somewhat annoyed that I needed help and was asking questions. Trevor white, I think was his name. He made it seem as if I wasn’t worth his time nor did he give me the “street toyota service” I always hear about. Would not recommend buying from there as they all seem to think they are above you. Easy to say they will never receive my business ever again.

I have had my heart set on a 4Runner for awhile. I am extremely tall and was driving a 2017 Camry. I was placed on a wait list in Lubbock due to low supply and high demand. I got a phone call early this morning saying one was delivered. I hauled hell and heaven up there and Derek Hahn made it happen! I can't thank him and his amazing employees enough for their generosity and kind nature. Customer Service was spectacular. Toyota Strong

Ramon & Julie from Albuquerque would like to express their sincere appreciation for the service the Amarillo-Toyota employees provided us on November 4th. We were on a trip from Albuquerque to Tulsa when the tire light went on indicating a problem. We stopped at Amarillo-Toyota for assistance and the Service Manager and another employee diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes. There are some very good employees working at Amarillo-Toyota. The employees were very patient and courteous with us senior citizens. Thank you very much.

The employees are always kind and friendly and the service is great. My problem today was that I knew I probably needed a cabin filter change so I asked that they check it. When the gentleman called back, he said that they had checked it out and recommended the change. He quoted me $40-$45 for the change. I had enough for that. Then, he called back to tell me the work had been done and that the total would actually be twice what was quoted. The work had been done. There was no going back on that. I had enough for the original quote not twice the original quote. If the correct price had been quoted the first time, I’d have asked them to wait til I get paid this coming Friday, but instead of taking the time to look up the correct price, I was quoted something inaccurate and wasn’t prepared to pay the actual price. I had to run down to my bank, pull from my savings account, and go back to pay for the work. I’m super disappointed today. Please quote correct prices, not average guesstimates. That sucked a bit and was less than impressive.

Very friendly very helpful. Evan thoe I didn't purchase there. I live out of state. Sadly i don't remember names of the two people that helped me. They showed me some features I didn't evan know I had.

Anthony was courteous and professional and provided us with many options. The rest of the staff was great and friendly. We will do business with Street Toyota again.

Extremely satisfied with their service. I called 20 minutes before they closed, because my car had randomly died from a disconnected battery cable. They sent out their mechanic Kelly to take a look and he was able to fix it. Very knowledgeable and professional, and haven't had any issues since.

Cannot recommend this dealership enough! I purchased a 2017 Land Cruiser from out of state and David Saied was extremely helpful with questions, sending photos and communication. He was not pushy at all and we agreed on a great price! His follow up after the sale has been wonderful as well. He even went so far as to send me a few OEM parts that were missing form the vehicle at the time of purchase. Naomi was also very friendly and helpful with sorting out financing and the title work. They both went above and beyond my expectations to help with all the paperwork, transportation and title work needed to get registered in my home state.

Again, cannot recommend them enough!

Alex and the entire Street Toyota team is awesome. I was towed back from NM during a cross country trip to CA due to a car break down and they got me fixed up in less than 36 hours! If I could give a hundred stars, I would. Our tire blew out while driving through Amarillo and the amount of care shown to us was extraordinary. Ryan, Adam, Terry, and Colby were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. They met us on the highway, brought us to the dealership, and took us back to replace the tire. We were even offered snacks and drinks while at the dealership. Everyone there were so friendly and helpful, it really help make a bad situation into a more enjoyable one. Thank you everyone at Street Toyota, the customer service was top notch!

I bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra from David Saied on Tuesday of this week. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All staff including David's assistant were very helpful & easy to work with. Jonah in finance finished up the paperwork and did a great job also. David's assistant, Katy I think, even programmed my phone to the car for me. Since the truck was a Toyota certified vehicle, I have a 12 month warranty and an extended powertrain warranty! Thanks for a great deal on a great truck.
