Washer drain was backing up. Call Streety around 8: 00 saturday morning and they have me fixed up before 5: 00. Professional service and a very reasonable rate, even on the weekend. Only plumber I will use.

My kitchen sink and dishwasher were backed up. I called them, and they put me on their list immediately. A few hours later two employees showed up and very throughly checked every line, drain, septic system line, and vent. They worked hard and got my sink and dishwasher back in working order quickly. They were friendly, helpful, and very respectful. They were very affordable and didn’t over charge. I was expecting to spend quite a bit more so I was extremely pleased with their pricing. I will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs. I highly recommend Streety Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Thank you for being so quick with your response, so diligent in locating the problem, being so affordable, and most of all for being friendly, respectful, and professional!

I stay out of town, and researched companies online to use for several leaks I had at a property in Waskom. I am so grateful that I found Streety Plumbing. I drove up and met with Chris to go over all the issues at the property, he made me feel so comfortable about hiring him/his team to do the work while I was away the following week. Streety Plumbing is THE company I will use for plumbing needs. Called today, Saturday afternoon, I was not getting any hot water from my Navien tankless water heater. He was out of town…way out, in another state actually and he walked me through a reset/fix so I will have hot water. Now who does that!? ! STREETY does! Will call Monday and get an appointment with them to flush my tankless water heater. Thank you for your patience and concerns about my water heater working. You are very much appreciated.

Called after normal duty hours needing assistance the next day. Left a voicemail and still haven’t heard back two days later. I understand it’s during the holidays, but the company does advertise 24/7 365 days a year.

After having barely slept since Friday's freeze 3 days ago, Chris and his team showed up the same day we called and quickly corrected our failed & frozen spigot and piping. Having just purchased our home a month ago we missed correctly insulating one odd corner area outside. Streety Plumbing quickly deduced the error replaced the old copper with PEX and treated us as if we were their only customers. I was not expecting to find help for at least a week with the number of failed plumbing around us.

Simultaneously they fielded multiple calls for help from others suffering from this "once in a lifetime event".

It's pretty rare to have 10 degrees in Texas and just as rare to find service of this calibre.especially during the Holiday season.

My sincerest thanks to this small "Band of Brothers" for their selfless and tireless efforts supporting NE Texas. We will be calling again soon for our other planned projects!
