Stride Pest Control, Austin TX

Had some suspecting issues of termites. Stride control was recommended by a family friend and they were able to confirm my suspicions. Tyler & Thomas took care of the issue a couple days later. They were very friendly and very transparent around the whole process. Really appreciate all the work they did!

We had our initial service with Stride Pest Control today. Stride saved the day with quick response, clear explanation of services they provide and ease of appointment scheduling.
We had Thomas as out tech. He was incredibly friendly and professional, listened to our concerns about the scorpions and ants and took the time to explain the treatment process to us.

Thomas stopped by to spray the exterior and interior of our home. He is very friendly, informative, and very attentive/attention to the details. He took his time spraying all around the house. Stride did not try to up sell. As a matter of fact they did the opposite. I had the problem treated a couple years ago by different company and when the employee heard that he inquired more. Once he was able to verify what product was used, he told me those areas did not need to be retreated at this time.

We switched to Stride Pest Control earlier this year and the difference compared to other known pest control services is significant. The products work much better than others. We may pay a little more than we did before, but it is worth it. Also, ask for Raul Ramos if he is available. He is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Great service overall.

We've been using this company for almost 5 years. Great product and knowledgeable technicians. And for the longest time recommended them to others. But lately they are all about upselling you and locking you into monthly service plans as well as upgrades.
