Jeff T was the technician who came to repair my heater. He was able to diagnose the issue within 30 minutes and quickly repaired the AC system.

Jeff and his team demonstrated a very professional approach to helping us overcome many serious flaws left behind by Hammack Service rCompany in 2011. For the past twelve years we have suffered from countless problems caused by Hammack Service’s poor workmanship and sub-standard electrical, mechanical, & plumbing practices. Cannot recommend these folks enough. We've been using them for about a year since switching over from [big name HVAC company]. They have always been timely, courteous, and professional - not trying to sell what you don't need. Just yesterday, a Saturday evening around 4: 00pm, our AC went out in 98 degree weather. Toby P.was on scene, had the problem identified, and replacements made within a matter of 2-hours.

She also said others might cheaper, but that Strike Force was the most reliable, most professional. That sold me, and I was not disappointed. Jeff, an all-star service technician, has come to my home twice for cooling and air-flow issues, and he is professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. He took extra time to make sure I understood the issues and my options for solutions. I trust him and this company completely and found the prices to be very reasonable and the service and work to be outstanding. I wouldn't use any other company.
