Never got call back on the rest of my test. That’s to me is bad medical practice. I decided to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did.

Front desk lady literally was asleep when we pulled up, then disappeared and would not answer the phone at 6: 45p.

We took our son here 4 days ago and he was diagnosed with strep throat. He was treated and we came home. It was a good experience. Today, Sunday, he is having trouble breathing and swallowing due to his swollen throat. We called them 20 minutes before they close and explained the situation and that we only live 2 minutes down the road. They would not see him even though they were open and turned us away. I would call it a “not so urgent care” facility.

Honestly the best doctor’s experience I’ve had in a very long time, it was very judgment free and quick. With insurance it was still a very hefty bill but that’s not their fault at all. The staff was amazingly sweet and chipper even tho it was 10am forever recommend

I brought a family member for care. To say I was impressed is too light a way to say it. They were short staffed and still figured out how to make us feel well taken care of.

I’ve been visiting Strive since they opened when needed, and I bring my children there too when we have an after hours issue or urgent need! I have always been impressed with virtually no wait time, on-site testing, labs, X-rays, etc.every provider I’ve seen has been so helpful, and staff are professional and upbeat:) they always called to check on us the next day as well. I have been grateful for the affordable cash pay options as well!

Got in very fast, had no trouble with any employees, They were very polite and I had no trouble at all!

I went to Strive feeling terrible. Sally was nice, gave me an Appointment, I had to stay in my Car which was fine. I was given A Covid Test which wasn’t Rapid at all. Nurse was very polite and professional even though it literally felt like an Eyeball was about to be poked out. I was charged I believe 85 Dollars for A Test when there are places that will do it for FREE. I had no issues with paying my Bill but will NEVER return to this place. Would never have went in the first place had I known it was Dr. Furniss’s Son involved as I don’t care for him at all. His Father was A great Dr. Saw him when I was Pregnant he took excellent care of me.

What a great place for urgent care. I just arrived in Nacogdoches a few days ago and have been dealing with some serious pain from a diagnosed medical condition. I showed up there with my medical records, was seen very quickly and the issue was addressed efficiently and kindly by some very professional staff. Thank you, Strive! You rock!

I needed a rapid same day test results for a covid screening to ensure safe travel and was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour with my negative results! Definitely recommend this clinic for sure!

Very frustrated and disappointed. Needed Covid Rapid test for upcoming surgery. Called to confirm they did these. Was told yes had to book appointment 24 hours out. Called back - said no appointment necessary come in. Went in - they require a full "check up" to do Rapid Test. I was not told this and confirmed what I needed both times. During "full check up" several balls dropped once there. Not impressed.

Our 1 year old son was very sick and Deidra and Kat made him feel comfortable and at ease even through 3 shots. I highly recommend this urgent care they took their time and gave the best care.

Excellent staff, caring and kind. Clean and well run and everyone is very knowledgeable AND they take insurance! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

It was super fast and easy and the doctors explain everything thoroughly. There were no questions that went unanswered. This place is great!

We made an appointment but walk-in patients were given priority over out appointment time. What’s the point of an appointment?

I had an asthma flare up late in the afternoon and had no time to get to my regular doctor's office. In the past, this meant a night of no sleep and difficulty breathing. At Strive, I was able to get tested for Covid, RSV, and flu and get xrays too. I was given an IV steroid, a breathing treatment, and a prescription. The staff was friendly and informative. In the future, I will definitely go to Strive again and recommend it to others.

I was very impressed. There are urgent care facilities closer to me, but this is the one I'll go to if needed. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. And EVERYONE wore masks (high quality masks worn correctly).
