Highly recommend Stubbs, not only did I get my motorcycle from them I also get all my service need in a timely manner, great costumer service very knowledgeable and most of all they treat me like family, and not the kind of family that ask you for money that you haven’t seen I like five years lol, but the kind that are their for you always. Thank you again especially Hunter and Aerial.

I never write reviews but I felt I needed to on this one. I have been wanting to buy a Honda Navi for awhile, so I called this store to see if they had any in stock. I then spoke to a sales person named Rob and explained to him that my sister had bought one from another dealer for 2,400 out the door price about 2 days ago. I asked Rob if he had any available and what was the price on it. Rob explained that he remembers my sister calling his location asking about a Honda Navi as well. Rob further stated he had one green one available for 3,200. I then explained to Rob that the price seemed pretty high compared to the deal my sister received. Rob then stated to just come in and we would work something out. I then drove to the store location since it is close to my residence, thinking he was going to work out a better deal with me because he stated that over the phone. Once I arrived to the location he ask how I am going to pay and I told him cash. He then quickly proceeds to fill out paperwork and ask where I would like my title sent to. I then told him to hold on that we first needed to discuss the price. Rob responded back by saying “I told you over the phone it was 3,200”. This comment shocked me because he did say it was 3,200 but he also told me to come in under the impression he would work on the price with me. He then stated the most he could take off was one hundred. I then thanked him and left the store.

I understand that this is their locations price but to waste my time to come into the store knowing he wasn’t going to work on a better deal was unprofessional and wasted my time. The only reason I came to this location was because it was closer. This same day I drove further to the location my sister bought hers and received the same deal for 2,400. I have no idea what went through his mind that I would buy it for 3,200 knowing I could get it for 2,400. I believe this location has their items overpriced and I highly recommend getting quotes from other places before coming here.

We went to Stubbs Harley Davidson of Houston and I bought my husband his first Harley from them. The team was amazing and Turbo our sales representative took great care of us! The entire staff made us feel right at home and gave us excellent service. If you’re looking to purchase a bike from here ask for Turbo and I promise you’ll leave a happy buyer! Rob helped me with purchasing my new to me 2023 M109R. Van hepled me with picking out a new helmet, then assisted in installing a Cardo bluetooth in it that suited my needs at a reasonable price point. Hunter was also helpful in the financing side of it and also helped me with finding insurance. Overall everyone was great to work with and I'll be coming back for any of my motorcycle needs.

I’ve been doing business with Stubbs for years. Good people. Friendly. Great service.

I recently bought another bike from them. I was allowed to test drive it - really drive it - not around the block or parking lot but on the road. In fact they let me go twice. It’s a big decision and riding helps significantly.

Chris is great. No pressure. Knows his stuff.

The entire team is laid back. Knowledgeable. Tommy. Hunter. Sorry i don’t know all the names. Fun to be around. That said, the likelihood that you will walk out without having purchased something is pretty slim.lol It’s a place you want to do business with.

The Stubbs Cycles team got my wife and I set up with an awesome Honda Scrambler 500. Their salesperson, Ty Williams, made the purchase easy for me. I couldn’t get the bike for a few days, and he held it for me. I feel super lucky because I know that bike was in high demand, and they only had one in stock. Thank you, Ty. We totally love the bike!
Also, the service department was not obligated to help me, yet one of the technicians saw me struggling to strap the new bike to a trailer. He suggested some much better tie-down straps, and he made sure it was secure for my 3 hour trip back to Central Texas. I am super grateful. I think he was also the person who assembled the bike. I can tell he cares. The entire service team seem like a cool and competent crew. They all seem to love bikes, and knew the bike we got was a gem.
Thanks to everyone! You have an awesome shop there.

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Gold Wing and my experience was kind of strange at first but I believe it was due to a sale person (Ty) that was being trained. Ty was great, he did his best to make me feel welcome. The motorcycle wasn't (in my opinion) detailed clean to make me feel like I was getting a new bike, and this was a new bike to me. Sure it was used but I wanted to feel like I was getting a new bike. Thats just me. I road it home that day and spent the next day detailing bike and Goldwing looks great. Stubb's Cycle asked me to bring the Goldwing back to them, they would go back over the bike. They promised that I would be happy with my Goldwing before I left on this day. I spoke with Ty, again. Then Tom in the Service dept. Tom & Micha in Service had their techs re-check all my fluids and even replaced my Rear Tire with a brand-new Bridgestone Tire all at no costs to me. So, I was happy that day. And now that I'm getting used to this motorcycle, I'm really enjoying my Goldwing. I'm 61 and I finally own one of these amazing Honda Goldwing motorcycles, Wow. Stubb's Cycle's Service & Sales are the best at what they do. Thanks Ty, Tom and Micah for a great job. Bobby.

Just bought 2 bikes from Rob. I definitely recommend him, but everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of gear and accessories as well. I will be back for all future motorcycle purchases.

All the staff were excellent. The owner was there and we talked for 20 minutes. Only reason 5 stars was not given was that the 1st service quote by phone was 2 hours. But it was 5 hours. But only due to my model. It required valve clearance check once the service and tech personnel saw the manual scee^dule.which is much more time involved. I would give 4.8 to the entire process if option was given here. I will returnk to do engine guards soon

Would not recommend doing business here. Either their sales people openly lie in order to get sales or they scam people out of deposits. Prior to placing a deposit on one of their units, I was told by TWO separate people (leah? And her show floor manager, Rob) that the unit I was looking for had already shipped. They even confirmed the color they were going to receive “late this week or early next week”. After two weeks I checked in and was told they were still waiting. After another two weeks, I checked in again. At this point, they told me it hadn’t shipped yet. When asked why I was told it had already shipped she claimed she never said that and that they tell people it’s 4-6 weeks or more for a unit. Now I am fighting for my deposit back and am very disappointed by the lies I was told by these sales person and her floor manager.

At this point, I am left to believe that they either lied in order to get my deposit, knowing that the unit hadn’t actually shipped yet like they said. Or they sold the unit I placed the deposit on without notifying me.

Either way, those arent acceptable business practices and I will take my business anywhere else moving forward.

In today's market it is extremely hard to find inventory. When i was calling around looking for a new honda sxs, i was getting the same answer, "not in stock, dont know when we are going to get it". When i called stubbs Eloy answered and was the only one that went the extra mile and did research on what they had coming in and asked if i wanted to put a deposit on a incoming unit. Thats the difference between a clerk and a true professional. Eloy setup expectations from the very beginning and when my bike came in it was exactly what he said. They went above and beyond and even brought paperwork out to me because I was so busy at work. Stubbs cycles thank you for the great service and making this process easy! Will recommend yal and definitely do business here again!

I recently bought a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 from Stubbs Cycles. Chris in Sales called me based on my online request for more information. He was polite and personable. He provided the information I asked for. I went to see him the following week and he showed me online what would be available in the coming weeks. I left a deposit and when my Pioneer arrived earlier than expected, he contacted me immediately. It was ready for pick up when I arrived. Ariel worked with me to arrange financing. She was very thorough with the numbers; I’d love to have her managing my money! I enjoyed visiting with her, Chris, Hugh Bob, and the folks in the service department.
