The rooms smelt like cigarettes. The thermostat kept making weird noises. Location of it seemed so run down. Workers we're very nice but the rooms were terrible.

Wifi cuts off or stops working completely every single weekend. They say free wifi but left out that the have absolutely no service on the weekends. Waste of money if you need wifi in your room.

I absolutely adore this hotel. All the staff are so friendly and sweet. The morning manager lady is so sweet and simply amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

I have lived here off and on for several years and have always been satisfied with the property and staff. The newly remodeled rooms look new and fresh and the property is always kept clean. It is also near I-20 which gets you out to the freeway quickly every day. For the price, with a good cable package and water/electricity included in weekly rent, I would definitely encourage anyone to stay here. Lots of good people staying here.

Operators specifically women that work in office not pleasant. Speaks down to paying customers as if someone is trying to stay in the Suites for free. Was accused of just “ dropping my daughters off and leaving them” when in fact my 16&17 year pld daughters were dropped off by an uber where i was awaiting their arrival. Regardless tho, i felt the statement was highly inappropriate and accusative in a very serious way. Probably wont return.

Great location, clean, comfortable, friendly and safe. The office is open 24 hours, which is a plus for all guest.

Normally when you enter you pay a $150 deposit and weekly you pay $410 when you decide to leave the studios they have to return the deposit but they never ask if your payment was in cash or by credit card and if you make a payment with a card they They deposit it regardless of whether the credit card is yours or not, they don't ask if you paid with cash or card. (I don't recommend this study 6, they don't ask if you pay cash or with card) BE CAREFUL!

The front office staff is so friendly and helpful they was always there whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean and they even made upgrades to the rooms and they look amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking. It is close to shopping and 360/20 and to be that close to a highway the noise level is very low. The property is a very safe property they have cameras everywhere so just look up and say cheese. The people around me are truly your neighbors and they lol out for one another. Whenever I need an extended stay place I always come here and they are pet friendly unlike the other places around.

Was amazing stay in newly renovated rooms and exceptional staff service. Would like to stay here again.
