Found a last minute room at this location. Employees were nice, and swimming pool was perfect. The room was a bit too hot at first, but got colder in the evening.

Terrible to have a long tern stay facility and Nothing in the rooms! You have to ask for everything you want or need even shampoo. No pots and pans no silverware Nothing.

We just got back from staying here several days. We weren't expecting much honestly but we're pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating because they let us use a housekeepers cart to wheel our bags up to our room. The room was very clean and spacious. They have everything you need including a toaster! My daughter and I went to the pool our first day and appreciated how clean it was. Also the temperature was perfect! Every day our room was cleaned which I wasn't expecting from an extended stay motel. The beds were failrly comfortable. Only downside was how bright the lights shine into the room at night making it hard to fall asleep. We also enjoyed looking at the pond behind the motel because there's a TON of wildlife such as cranes, turtles, snakes, armadillos and even wild hogs! So be cautious and enjoy the scenery. We've never stayed in Ingleside and always just stay in Port A but came here due to my husband's work. We decided to try out Rockport Beach which is only a 20 minute drive! We were so happy we did because we thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved having shade and the smooth sand bottom. We planned on driving to Port A for a beach day but went to Rockport each day because we loved it. Anyhow we will definitely stay here again due to the great price and clean, spacious rooms!

Great extended stay motel. Every room has a kitchenette. Great staff, clean rooms. We would stay here again!

The room smelled weird and the air conditioner did not blow very cold air. And it would have really been nice if they would have had some kind of breakfast offerings.

EXTREMELY CLEAN! Best hotel stay I have ever experienced in Texas. Attention to detail was amazing. On site laundromat, spacious rooms, quiet quarters, perfect location. I recommend 100%. Fridge, coffee maker, sink, table & chairs, comfortable, clean beds, linens and towels. No a single dirty inch in this place, from the parking lot to the halls, to your bathroom. I am definitely returning!

The room is good but no wi-fi no good tv the bed is a little smaller, the pool is very small and the rooms is air ventilation smelling humidity very bad place

The entire building smells like mold. The room is damp along with the bed and all of the linens. Not worth the literal headache.

Totally best place I've stayed in a long time. Very clean and fully functional. I wasn't expecting a full kitchen! Again, very clean AND accommodating. Easy access to the highway and great location to get to where you want/need to go. Pricing was perfect. Thank you!

We booked a last minute trip due to our VRBO being canceled. Will definitely be coming back here. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Outside pet area was also very clean. Front desk help was friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a room/kitchenette and were offered pots/pans/ utensils and plates. We were in good driving distance to Port Aransas beach.

Please stay away from this hotel. We got a non-smokers room but the room and the pass area was filled with the smoking vapour. Plus, We woke up and we found all our cloths wet and my makeup ruined bcz of the inconvenience of poor ventilation and the high humidity of the place. Very bad experience. If you do have an autoimmunity or an underlying illness please don’t book. This place will ruin your health and your valuAble stuff will be filled with wet and smoking vapour. They charged us for 220 USD for the night stay. The manager responded by adjusting -50 USD for the bill. This bad experience will be unforgettable. I full of hives bcz of the mildew spores from the poor ventilation and high humidity status.

We booked a room last minute, service was great and staff was friendly. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. We brought our golden retriever and she was welcome to stay, the pet fee was only $10 per night. The lady working the front desk even told us about the pet area.

Very clean modern room. Very accommodating, we asked for extra pillows and had to go down to get them, but they was very nice about it. The only thing that I was disappointed in was there is a little kitchen but no dishes or anything to cook with, so bring your own, which was probably due to covid. There is a 2 burner cooktop, nice fridge, microwave, bagel-sized toaster and coffee maker. There is a iron and ironing board, but no hair dryer. They do allow pets which my cat loved. They also offer smoking rooms which is rare now days. I definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the entire hotel smelled of mildew so if you have allergies or breathing problems, I don't recommend this hotel.

Quiet. Clean. If you have to be in the area for work this is a good place to stay. Stores and places to eat close by. Just have to work a deal with the hotel on price. Granny's Tamales is around the corner!

Felt very blessed to get a room on labor day weekend after my friend decided he needed a room instead of going camping after a full day of swimming and fishing.

Cleanliness of the room, although down the corridor are blue taped off X's believed to be for guest who have come to stay due to the current situation. Quite, friendly and welcoming team.
