Studio 6 San Antonio, TX - Fort Sam Houston Area

We arrived late to the place after driving 12hrs and was greeted by a lovely man who offered us a bottle of water. We was quickly checked in and given our room key and all information we needed.thank you for a lovely stay.

The guy who worked the front desk made a great first impression! Very helpful and kind. The check in and out went smoothly. My room was really nice and quiet and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Other than the kind employee working in the office, this place is pretty bad overall. The floors were sticky and even after I wiped them down, when I went to shower later on, the soles of my feet were black with.grime. The ac was broken next to the fridge -which was also broken- and it sounded like a truck with a busted engine. The 2 burner stove was broken and dirty and the timer to turn it on required a wrench to turn it. My biggest complaint here was that the internet, which I never to do work, was absolutely terrible and kept disconnecting. Every time I connected, it was so slow, I couldn't load my work or business meetings without connecting to my personal phone: (. This was a very poor, awful experience and I know better than to ever stay here again. I wasted my points and my money and I'm extremely unhappy. I'll never stay here again.

Nice and elegant place. Parking is available next door, and additional car parking across from the hotel is also available coffee is available in the room. I thought this was a good choice to stay here!

No coffee good Taco place near the parking lot to get coffee. Soda machine broke down. Had to walk to America's best value to get one. Nothing else to walk to in the area other than the circle k a 30 minute walk each way.

I would like to give negative stars and warn everyone not to stay here. The room was dirty, the bedcover had rips, cockroaches, dilapidated shower with barely Luke warm water. No lock on 1st floor window, etc, etc. See pictures associated.

The location was wonderfull and positioned to provide easy access to the every shops. The TV had a lot of channels. I enjoyed my favourite show on it. It was a nice stay.would definitly come back again.

WE STAYED THERE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND WE DID GET THE ROOM ONLINE AND WHEN WE GO THERE MY WIFE WENT INSIDE SHE HAD TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT AND SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE NOT HAD TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AT ALL THAT'S STUPID WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN AT ALL.

The room was clean and it smelled good, too! Towels amd the water pressure was on great! The free breakfast was delicious and of good quality. The internet service was also good. Highly recommended place to stay!

Construction in and around the car park. Limited parking. Reception was like visiting a prison. Not welcoming at all. Rooms have been refurbished very cheaply. Large gaps around the door allowing dust, noise and light in. Cigarrette burns in the bed cover. Not the nicest place to stay.

You can't beat the price, considering a kitchenette is included. The manager, Nash, is more understanding when his wife is not around. For she is a super b****, very confrontational and has the worst customer service known to man. Its hard not to wanna slap her.

Housekeeping was helpful. Maintenance man was busy all day. Hotel was clean everything worked. I don't mind the people outside drinking or smoking that's what they should be able to do. Relax and chill out.

I get a reservation on Groupon but they (the hotel) never found my reservation
I usually buy my reservations over Groupon or Booking!
But the guy on front desk, said if I’ll want to buy again my reservation with him!
And now I have 2 reservation! What Do you think? It Is any kind the method to pay 2 times the same room? Or Groupon don’t work any more?
why am i here? The price is the only one thing good here

This was the worst experience that I have ever had.
To start. The room smelled like Marihuana.
There's was people drinking outside.
The room was not clean, hairs everywhere, tub was dirty.
Holes on the wall and in the door lock.
PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
Not worth the trouble.

We arrived at a couple of these motels before and they did not have availability, in this branch yes, and we only needed it to sleep for a while so we stayed here.the attitude of the people who attend reception in all those who asked us was very bad, like they don't like their job. Dirty room, stained bedspreads, walls, floors, cockroaches moving around the walls, old beds with uncomfortable mattresses. It is not worth staying here for the price, I do not recommend it and I will think hard about going to any Motel 6 again.

The lady at the front desk is rude. My sister was staying there after moving from Ohio. I went to visit and wanted to get a room at 4pm she told me they didn't have any available. I looked online and they had 8 available. I decided to stay with my sister in her room. Later that night I saw she rented a room out to 3 other ppl. They even refused to give my sister clean sheets and towels for me saying I had to wait for housekeeping in the morning.

The check in process was smooth, but the second my husband sat on the bed it collapsed under him. We were here for 4 days with a broken shower, no trash can, a tv that doesn’t work because it can’t connect to the remote, no blankets, the AC either works too well and the room is freezing or not at all and it’s hot. When we asked the front desk for dishes, they gave us 2 forks and 2 spoons. The wifi didn’t work either, so we had to use our data to watch anything on our own devices. There is no microwave plate, so the food cooked in there was always cold in places. There is no smoke detector, there was dried blood on the wall. When we asked for blankets they said they didn’t have any, when we asked for a garbage can, they said no, So we sat here with garbage piled up in the useless kitchenette. I’m surprised I didn’t see any bugs or rodents. We asked for fresh towels and we’re told to leave our dirty ones outside and they would be replaced. They were taken, but never replaced and the front desk gave us attitude when we asked for them. Yeah, sorry we used all of our towels every day while bathing in the sink… also, the pool was out of order and the water was green. This place is literally falling apart. If they had been willing to issue a refund, we would have left the first day. Also the room key needed to be reprogrammed daily… super inconvenient…

DO NOT STAY HERE! For the love of Mary and Joseph, PLEASE! If i could rate -10 stars i would.i checked in and everything went smooth, until i got to the room.the first thing i noticed was how hot it was in the room.the AC was off, and once i turned it on, blew very lightly.i then did a walk around and noticed roaches around the bathroom area.sheets were COVERED in stains from lord knows what.full kitchenette? More like an empty room with a broken stove and a fridge that doesn’t work.i then walked to the front and requested a different room.being optimistic. NOPE.new room was just as bad.holes in the wall that had white spray paint over.a dresser with all three drawers broken.no remote for tv.stains on the bed. ROACHES.light in the bathroom didn’t work.no running fridge or stove.sink overflown.a broken AC unit…. I really wish this establishment will close.it was so ridiculous.i stuck it out for the night (since it was after midnight at this point) and checked out first thing the next morning! Hopefully this will steer somebody away & save their money. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!
