Rude management, charging for a service dog when by law not suppose to, giant leaking hole from ceiling in the bathroom, they will not clean your room if you have a pet period. Do not recommend.

I've stayed there before and felt harassed by the owners. The rooms did smell bad, like old musty mold. There was almost no customer service. The room was overpriced for what you get. If I say rude, that's a description of the wines. They didn't even want to change the beds. I got out asap. Also, I'm noticing the answers to all the complaints are basically alike. If they're still like they were when I was there, cooperate dies need to send in some one to clean up that place. I hate to admit I stayed there. It Wes a little over two years ago. Since t Then, I tell people what I'm going to say now. Don't do it. Blood on the drapes! What self- respecting hotel would allow that? I don't know about you, but to be it sounds like something horrible happened there. Hope not. But I won't be going back. The owners should try to be humble if their business is a piece of trash. I also don't recommend walking on the floors barefoot. Sheessssh!

Check in was simple the rooms were clean, it has stove top, and full size fridge, employees were very respectful, and all at a reasonable price

The staff is friendly and is willing to work with you. It's not the best part of town but this specific hotel does not tolerate any ruckus so you don't have to worry about anything happening to you or your vehicle. Cops patrol regularly. The management are very nice and will correct anything you do not like. Very easy to work with. I would recommend this specific hotel if you are staying on that side of town.

My fridge was out when I checked in and instead of giving me another room (no they weren't all booked) the guy said maintenance would be in the next day. Hello I'm only staying 1 night! My sister's room had blood stains on the curtains. The floor was filthy. I couldn't walk barefoot on it. For $200 this is the 2nd worst place I've stayed

Also there is no internet service! This is the worst motel that I have ever stayed at! I would give this place a zero if I could. Corporate needs to know how bad this place is. I have stayed at Studio 6 before and they were never like this! The owner should be ashamed of this place. Do not ever stay here. It should be closed down! This place is dangerous! I feel like they should give me a refund as I did not get what I paid for. Even the customer service was bad.

Studio 6 has an Angel of an owner, Nick! He was about to put the no vacancy sign on the nightly window until I asked if he had any rooms, and I mean any. I was so exhausted from driving and just want a comfy bed to sleep in for the night as we continue our travels to the East coast. He said, he had one that had a queen bed just not completed. I didn’t care. I was honestly just so happen to have found a kind soul who could see I was desperate. He asked for my ID and a card for payment. Studio 6 is going to cost you an additional $25 more than OYO, but worth it for the wonderful customer service, clean rooms, and full equipped kitchen.
I told Nick that morning during checkout (checkout is 11AM) about my incident with the OYO a few hours earlier. He was shocked and horrified, but glad to gain their loss.

Would not honor web price! Gross! Ghetto! Broken tv. Water damaged behind toilet rubber floor board pulled away from the wall with mold. Smells awful! Property not kept clean! Will never stay again! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, although it could've been from the rooms next to use filled with people smoking pot.
The TV turned on, but would not get any channels due to too weak of a signal.
The shower head was hanging out of the wall.
The Toilet constantly leaks water from around the base of the toilet. And the toilet is loose.
We asked the man at the front desk for extra pillows and if they had any hangers so we could iron and hang up some clothes. He said he didn't think they had any and would look. That's fine. Then we asked for another set of towels, as we'd used some me to mop up the bathroom floor. He said he would bring some to our room. We never got any.
We were booked for two nights. After the first night we decided to look for a different place to stay. When we went back to return our keys and check out, the man stated that he brought towels to our room, but we were gone. Too late, we had to leave in the morning to get to a wedding.
My husband was told nothing could be done to refund the second night that we were not staying there.

Went in there only because there were no other rooms in the city I would never stay there again first room i Got smelt like an ashtray even though it was a non-smoking room I went in there I had reserved a single and they told me I’m sorry we moved you to a double which was OK but when I went in the room smell bad I was switched to another room which smelt better a little bit better condition but the faucet from the tub was broken and I let them know that the faucet was running Front desk said they were gonna come up and look at it nobody ever Went to look at it the restroom was filthy had mold in the corner would never recommend anybody to stay here unless there is no other place to stay so look for your rooms early because this place is plain awful which is sad for a big name hotel

Would not recommend and debated filing a complaint with health dept of Tyler. Arrived near mid night, room seemed ok but found it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet leaked on floor and bed linens were soiled. Tried to talk with front desk upon our departure but no one there. Very disappointed. Should be investigated by Motel 6 / Studio 6 because it makes me want to stay away from that chain of hotels! Will not stay again.

I've been living here for more than a year, everything is perfect, the rooms, the service, the attention! They have kitchen in the rooms!

I wouldn’t recommend staying. When we got there we asked for a new room because the tv was hanging halfway off the mount it was on. We got moved to the next room we made sure everything looked good and left to go eat and hangout with friends. When we got back we found roaches and went to the front desk and the man said “ we have someone come out once a month to spray and the room was checked and clean before you got there so it didn’t come from us “ we left without a refund or staying the full night. When we called customer service and told the lady one the phone about the roach she said “ I knew you were gonna say they have roaches “ and Directed us to the right department to get a refund and got a little less than half but at least it’s something. Also when turning in the door key after obvious reason on why we no longer wanted to stay the man threw the door key on his desk mad at us for leaving and that we asked to have a credit card statement printed. Needless to say.stay somewhere else.

Shawn is the young man who I dealt with on renting a room here. Shawn has been unbelievable! This I a young man that all establishments should have working. Thanks so much for all your help!

A group of us who needed shelter for us and our dogs were put up into this hotel by a church. The rooms were clean but saldy the phones didn't work nor did the cook top stoves. My room also had an extension cord going from it to somewhere else and looked like the cover to the heating unit had been removed for maintenance but never replaced.

I've stayed in Alot of hotels before and this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The TV didn't work, air conditioner was to loud to sleep, the door kept sticking to where you had to use both hands to open it. I would have asked for a refund, but I couldn't find anyone at the office.

Good hotel had a full kitchen in the room I stayed in clean and nice but staff hard to reach.

Very welcoming! Everyone minded their business. No trouble whatsoever. & ALL of your favorite restaurants are right there, even for delivery!

Only thing I did not like were lack of WiFi signal, small towels, & dirty floors. They appear clean but once you walk on it, there's black dust and dirt clinging underneath your feet. The wifi password was so easy that anyone can get into it and use it, which hindered usage of my game console 's gaming and apps; we were only lucky to have wiFi at night lol.
The towels are not even big enough to wrap around after a shower. There were small stains on maybe two, so I didn't use them & just tossed it aside.

Overall, it's an okay place for the cost per stay!

I booked using my Motel 6 app. Read all policies and disclosures. They said nothing at all about charging additional pet fees until I got here. For the amount of money they wanted I can stay at a nice hotel. I cancelled the room and blocked them at my bank from charging my card. It’s a hip joint.

A good place to stay as far as sleeping, bathing, and watching Cable Tv! Also a plus for me is wifi and the only downfall is stove and ac didn't work properly!
