Studio Movie Grill, Houston TX

Okay food, horrible service. Halfway into the movie they brought our entrees, but we still hadn’t gotten our drinks or appetizer. We ordered soon after the movie started at 8 and didn’t get any drinks or popcorn until 9: 20. Then when the popcorn came out it was cold and disgusting. They said the kitchen was closing at 9 so I wasn’t surprised, but then the waitress wanted to repeatedly tell me it was fresh. I heard them talking about a printer being jammed so I understand if it’s a rough night but wow. At least she refunded the popcorn, but still zero hospitality.

This is the only place that I will go to watch a movie! The food is always so good and the service is always excellent

Went to see candyman. The waitress literally wrote her self a 6 dollar tip on the merchant receipt. Please because, waitresses are scammers & the managers aren’t stopping them

My experience at this theater was below average in comparison to some of their competitors with similar similar offerings that I have tried (i.e. Alamo Draft House, iPic, etc.) My movie seeing experience was rather disappointing, considering that it's the movie that risked my life see during a pandemic. I find the staff rather distracting for this type of viewing experience; there were a lot of commotion during the movie back and forth (more so than others of similar services). Furthermore, I can hear the communication on their radio headset very clearly during the movie, which I initially thought were audience members talking on the phone. Additionally, other audience members were quite unruly, talking and laughing during somber moments of the film, which I would have liked for the staff to address. Overall, it's an adequate movie viewing experience, and it lags in comparison to other theaters offering this viewing and dining service.

Went on a date here and I love the app and the ability to order food without having a conversation with a waiter and missing stuff during the movie. I just hated the audio set up. It’s not Dolby atmos like where you feel like your living inside of a movie. It’s just basic. The movie theatre was clean and I love the downtown vibes. We walked around and I really enjoyed myself looking at the restaurant and shopping center.

Always have a great time here. I do miss when they had the baby back ribs on the menu. The food can be a little pricey but it's the movies after all

It seems Studio Movie Girll is understaffed. Please be patient with those who are doing their very best, today I seen the stress in the bar tenders face. I really value their hard work and their efforts. Even the theater wasn't ready to be seated as early as it usually is. Keep it up guys, if it wasn't for you, we couldn't come to the movies today.

It was good to get back out to the movies again…. We had a great time watching Paw Patrol: The Movie. I can say that everything appeared to look clean, we wore our masks and still enjoyed that Studio Grill Food. Our experience was still a good one and the kids overall had a blast.

Awesome experience. Got nachos and cheese, a Flatbread pizza, chicken strips, popcorn, and two cocktails. Nachos were just alright but everything else was phenomenal. Will be going back.

I still don't care for this company or location after the last time. They overcharged me, failed to accept responsibility, and then lied about giving the money back. It is okay though, I just don't see what is so special about mediocre service.

Waiter added a self tip, criminal waiters work here. On top of that they are rude. Also some of the chairs don’t work and won’t recline. Your chair also shares an armrest with the seat next to you.

I’M HIGHLY UPSET TONIGHT, we ordered tenders at 8: 35, the waiter let us know that it would be his last order he could put in cs the itches close at 9. It’s now 9: 24 and we still haven’t received our food so I pressed the button again to call the waiter to ask where our food was and he said that he was sorry but there were no more chicken tenders. Im so upset because if i hadn’t pushed the button again to call the waiter then nobody would of notified us that it wasn’t anymore. My whole movie experience was ruined tonight simply because i couldn’t eat. NEVER AGAIN! Hire better people this is ridiculous

These MF’s that comes and takes your orders took a picture of my credit card and ordered some boots for 200$ that night while my wife and I were enjoying the movie. The next day I get an alert about a transaction that happened the night before and they was requesting me to ok it or not because the transaction looked to be fraud and it was. So later that day call management about the incident that happened and all I was told they will call me back and that’s been two weeks. Do not use any credit or debit cards this place and management are the biggest ripoff of customers that pays their bills

Friday night wasn't a good night to go because there were a group of young adults talking the entire movie and it annoyed me but on the other hand I was able to have a night out at a beautiful place

Horrible experience at the box office with BRIAN, rude, unprofessional. Contacted management she OFFERED 2 free tickets because his behavior is a KNOWN issue. When I called to redeem them manager Allison who changed her name after she hung up on me to Vanessa called me a liar. I wrote to corporate hopefully someone does the right thing

It truly needs to be updated. The seats are so close together. You have one armrest because the other will be occupied by someone else. You are sitting directly beside them meaning be careful how you move because you will bump them. There was about 25 minutes of advertising prior to movie. City Centre is a very popular spot so I expect things to work. The theater is upstairs but the escalator didn't work. We walked up the non working escalator. I did NOT like that location.
