The staff, vet techs, and docs are all wonderful. They are family. They will laugh with you, cry with you, and provide excellent pet health care. Highly recommend!

The staff seemed lackadaisical, to say the least; they appeared to genuinely not care about my dog. He had a cut on the underside of his front left paw, and he required stitches. After I picked my dog up, I got about halfway home before I realized that they bandaged the WRONG PAW. How difficult is it to simply look at the paws to see which one has stitches in it? I mean, they were blue, not the color of the dog. I took him back and the employees seemed to be agitated with me, despite it being their colossal screw up that forced me to return. The person who took my dog back to be re-bandaged even hit my dog with a door but didn't seem the least bit concerned. Additionally, the price seemed steep at the time, but I wanted my dog to be cared for and didn't question it (note: this was during regular business hours). After doing some research later, I came to realize the price was borderline silly. Regardless of the price, 1 star because their employees didn't care about my dog enough to let him walk through a door without hitting him with it, nor did they even bandage the paw that was wounded. Get real.

Cat Owners - Beware

We thought we could trust this clinic. Upon moving to the area, we took our cat in and the staff is nice. He was treated for severe pancreatitis and resultant diabetes. We've been working for 3 months to control his diabetes and so when we had to go out of town we boarded him at the vet's office to ensure he got continued medical attention.
Per their directions, I wrote very specific instructions on when he needs to be tested with a request to record the results.
Further I specifically wrote feeding instructions (2 cans per day, one in the morning and one in the evening AFTER testing). I even wrote the dates on the can as well as designating 1 of 2 cans to ensure proper feeding.
Upon arrival to pick him up, they had no idea he came with a bag of stuff. We were the only pet parents in at the time. They almost forgot to return the $300/bottle insulin. Then I find out they only fed him a 1/2 can per meal vs a full can. My husband waited 10 minutes after we had waited 15 minutes to finally get our cat. However upon returning home I was advised they couldn't provide him with any information about when/what the tests yielded, We have no idea if they tested him because our test is now broken so perhaps they tried, who knows? We have no idea if they followed our instructions regarding the insulin (how much was given? When was it given?) Diabetes is just as dangerous for animals as people.

I called to get results thinking that they would have had time to update his file on our drive home. The receptionist (Monica) was such a rude person. I asked if she was an answering service or at the clinic. She answered, "I'm on the phone aren't I? ". I attempted to clarify, by asking if she was able to discuss information about my cat or if she didn't have access to his file. Her rude response, "Well, I'm on the phone. ". I then asked for a tech. She said she would try to find one. However she wouldn't get off the phone so I said, "Go ahead" in case she didn't hear my initial response. Yes, to my shame after a few "Go aheads" and her response of "If you keep talking I can't put you on hold" I dropped the F-bomb in addition to "Go ahead". After 10 minutes on hold, I was told by the receptionist that she was transferring me to a tech to discuss the medical portion of his stay. I sat on additional hold for the transfer till I finished this review (another 2 minutes - after proof reading) then hung up.

Our cat is sad and scared. He is even thinner than when we dropped him off. You can see each rib and feel every ridge on his spine. H e struggled to put on the 1 extra pound before we dropped him off and has since lost it in 3 days.

This place may be good for dogs but not so much for a cat that actually needs medical care. I'm so sad that I put my cat there. He must have been so scared, felt poorly and hungry for 3 days not understanding why it was happening. I don't understand how such seemingly compassionate people could be so careless and clueless.

I'm as much angry with myself for trusting them as I am for the way it appears our cat was treated (since the person didn't really have any idea what had or had not been done to/for my cat). The final straw was that no one was willing (or possibly able) to talk with us about it.

This is just our experience. The icing on the cake was his fave toy, his main comfort when we're not around. Mr. Fox was covered in poop.: (

Total cost $334.63 (3.5 days)
