Shannon within the 2022 calendar year has helped us sell our home (well over list price) and purchase a home (under list price). She assisted with both of these remotely as we were in the process of moving out of state, and then coming back in to TX. When purchasing our new home, Shannon narrowed the list for us based off of our input and within viewing 2 houses we had placed an offer.
