I live minutes from this salon and never gave it a try until recently. Threading is much better than waxing! Try them out! I think you will be glad you did!

I would have given a 5 star since the lady did great on the services provided. I rarely check my receipts because I trust people will be honest however while I was cleaning out my purse a week after I went in I noticed the lady charged me an extra $25 she added a full arm waxing service which I did not get. I will be going to the place on my next day off to try and get a refund. The stylist name on the receipt says Neema, be careful and check your receipts to ensure they are not adding additional services when you check out.

The new employees don’t know what their doing. I went in to get my eyebrows done and when she was done she left so many hairs behind and it seemed like nothing was even touched, but somehow she still manage to mess up my eyebrows and their shape. It took everything out my me not to cry. Definitely not what it use to be.

Every time I come in here to get my eyebrows threaded they always get me in and out! Very nice and professional!

Refused me 8 minutes before closing time when i called asking if I could come in cause I was outside and needed my brows done.so rude and unprofessional if you close @7: 52pm and not 8pm list it in the site. So us as costumers don’t waste our time calling and driving there.

Bonnie was very attentive. She asked questions, listened, and applied the information she'd gathered in order to sculpt beautiful eyebrows. She's earned herself a customer.

I always get this specific brow lady but for some reason I went to another, asked for a brow clean up and she didn’t even thread my brows. I’m stuck plucking them right now regret giving a tip but I was being nice. That girl I think is new bc I’ve never seen her but she does need a bit more training

At times we take things for granted thinking others can do the same job. Never again. I went to a different Soi Brow and the experience was painful. I can go into the Duncanville location and put “no preference” because EVERYONE in there does such a great job.

I'm not one to post reviews but this experience is review worthy. I made an appointment at 2: 50, with Sumi who is usually quite cordial buy she accepted another client who it seems she was excited to see and disregarded my appointment that I was on time for. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL not PATRONIZE!

Sumi is my go to here an well she is amazing an takes her time with everyone even with the pandemic this place is very good at cleaning after each person.

I went there yesterday June 30 to get my eyebrows done usually I got SUMMI she is the best. I have been going to her since 2011 I love her but yesterday when I went there she was off so I decided to go to other young lady umna or something was her name where she did not change her gloves after threading another customer eyebrow and didn’t sanitized eye brow brushes when I asked her to take her glove if she ignored me when she should be using new glacé every time. I asked her to leave my eyebrows thick not to thing and she arched them thin I am very disappointed at the service they provided on June 30. Sanitizing everything very important after every customer. And I will definitely will never go to her.
