We ordered three sandwiches and two of them were bad. My bread was very bad. Soggy, chewy, and rubbery. When I asked for a new sandwich with a different bread, the guy with the long hair immediately attacked me said he'll make me a new one if I am not gonna trip. He took everything personal and was very mad. He refused a refund for either sandwich and said we're trying to embarrass him by saying he made bad sandwiches which we never have done.
Simply asked could we get a refund for one sandwich and make a new one for the other.
Him and his lady Co worker were extremely embarrassingly unfriendly and unprofessional.
At the end he was so mad he said he'll call his manager for a refund but we have to wait until he has time!

Employees do not greet you there’s no thank you have a good day, no smiles, nothing. I’m big on customer service, disappointing to see that the employees didn’t have no training on that. Jacinta and Guadalupe need learn how to have good customer service.

So this subway employee decided that because I placed two online orders and they “looked the same” he didn’t need to make both of them. I told him they weren’t the same, they had different topics and he said “no they’re the same”. He aggressively throws on topics as he’s making the second order and then I walk away and come home to find that he messed up every single sub. Just avoid this location at all costs.rude service.

Well, it's a Subway. Sometimes they are really good and sometimes just ok. The same goes for service. One comment about Subway in general, not this location, they need to do a better job at sourcing RIPE tomatoes. Seems like at any Subway location the tomatoes are not close to ripe.

Had a sweet onion teriyaki yesterday. It was bland and nasty. The sandwhich wasn't even cut properly. Definitely wont be baxk

My daughter did a online order and picked it up at 7: 30 on on 11/28. I don't know who made my sandwich but it was absolutely delicious. I pretty much always order the same thing with the same toppings but this was just made perfectly. Just the right amount of Oil and Vinegar dressing. Best Spicy Italian I've ever had at Subway!

I need a phone call or email back from corporate. I ordered a veggie delite on November 23 and went to pick up at 5 pm at the Murphy Texas location. I went home and when I took a bite of the sandwich it did not taste right. I opened it and they had put tuna in the sandwich! After driving all the way back for a new sandwich and complaining to one of the employees there, they told me it was a Hispanic lady named Madeline that made the order and the guy there confirmed it was tuna. I originally placed order for a veggie delite and a cookie and everything was correct except for the unwanted tuna that she added to the sandwich. I was extremely sick a couple hours after eating just a bite from it. We are strictly vegetarian due to religious beliefs. This is unacceptable, as someone could be allergic to certain ingredients and subway needs to hire competent employees that know how to accurately create an order! I’m not sure why she added a non-veg ingredient, i hope it was not some prank because the whole order was correct except that! I want this to be investigated and need reassurance that this should not ever happen again! This issue will be escalated with BBB.

Please avoid this location, poor and harsh customer service. They would not honor the coupon code properly and said the system would not let them do it.

This place would not honor the coupon that has its location. The coupon had no expiration date and thus I went in thinking it was still good. I asked the employee to look up the coupon in the system and he refused to do so.

Furthermore, the employee told me that it is also not honoring the $5 sandwich when you buy two national campaign because it is not participating.

If I could avoid this place at all cost, please do, I got told I can only order one sandwich, and when I showed the lady a coupon she said I can get this sandwich that she made for me but I cant ever come back and get another? Like WHAT? And THEN she refused to sell me a drink and cookie? The people here are not only rude but dont know what they are doing

AVOID: Inconsistent service, portions and cleanliness. The server even tried to charge me $2 for a paper cup for water! Franchise Owner did nothing to fix the situation. Seniors BEWARE!

Food tasted fine but the sandwich was sloppy and the worker didn’t do anything a sandwich artist should. I was annoyed.

Today I am changing my review about this subway location, only because of an extremely rude and unprofessional worker, who used to work in the location inside the Walmart. Since kids heat him I was driving to this particular location. Today as soon as walked in we found him in this location, he did not great us, did not ask as for our orders and kept himself busy with writing something, not only that he even did not said what was his excuse for not getting our orders. After 7 minutes waiting my daughter told me to leave for another location. His name according my daughter is Eusebad. I am sure many other reviewers would change too.

Me and my girlfriend were returning home from Austin and we’re hungry from being on the road for the past few hours we decided to go to subway because they were still open and didn’t have a line like the nearby restaurants. As we were pulling in around 9: 10 we noticed the lights were shut off and appeared to be closed. (Sign on the door said closes at 10: 00) The door was unlocked so I entered and waived for my girlfriend to come in. As we entered we could hear noises in the back but didn’t see anyone. We waited patiently but no one still came. After waiting about 5-10 minutes I walked around to the back to an open door and waived to a young African American male and asked if they were still open. He replied “yes”. When we started to order we noticed there were very few options available to order. I didn’t receive any of the bread options nor half of my vegetable options because he stated they were out. Me not being picky it didn’t bother me until it came time for my girlfriend to order and all bread options were stale and very hard so she decided to get a wrap and they were out of those as well. He was very unprofessional nor apologetic to a situation that clearly isn’t our fault. We ended up leaving with one of us not having food which is very unacceptable.
