14Common guys. ROACHES? Its gross ok thats where I draw the line. There where ROACHES on the straws and on the soda machine I dont wanna see this subway close down but something needs to change its DISCUSTING. Managment needs to step it up
WOW! I made an online order. When I got there, there were no orders on the "easy pick up" stand. The old lady made me wait 20! Minutes watching her make 1 tuna sandwich for another customer. Then she told me she never got an online order. I showed her my confirmation and she told me I'm at the wrong store. I said this is 2838 Hwy 6 right? She said no. I look outside and the address says 2838. I tell her yes, this is 2838 Hwy 6. She still says no. I copy the address from my confirmation and put it in my GPS. It shows I'm in the right place. Lady is not convinced. I tell her to call a manager. She calls someone on her cell and asks the person if the store address is 2838 Hwy 6 and apparently they also say no. Unbelievable! Had to get my money refunded.
Absolutely disgusting! The customer service was horrible. I walked in the restaurant and no one was there to serve me. I was waiting there for 15mins. I finally got my sandwich and went home. In the middle of eating there was a long piece of hair in my food and Ik it wasn’t mine.
Horrible and nasty! One of the ladies was acting weird, didn't know how much to charge and when I was about to eat my sandwich the veggies were frozen and my sandwich was nasty! No Subway for me again since they are expensive and nasty!
Trust me, If I could leave no star, I would.
The staffs are rude and barely speak any English. They wear no masks and no gloves while making sandwich.
The bread tastes stale, the sauce tastes weird, and the fountain drink tastes like they forgot to put in the syrup.
I bought a 6 inch long sandwich that costs 7 dollars, and I already regretted it. I threw the sandwich and the drink right away after only a few bites. The only thing I could trust was the Lay's chips, which you can get with just one dollar from any gas station or convenience store.
Food was as expected, no complaints there. The bathroom smelling of cigarettes was a bit much though.
I was at this location today and was ridiculed by the two attendants cos they lack manners.make sure u employ adult to work with the teens you employed.i don't think I will be back here again.
This exact location is nasty. I walked in today to one of the workers behind the counter with NO mask making food. With his gloves that he did have on, he cleaned up, took and order, made their sandwich, took their cash when they paid, handed the person their change and went to the next sandwich. He neber once changed his gloves. A nice lady in a mask came and took my order. She had on her mask but literally tried to give me a protein bowl with 4 shreds of lettuce, one olive, 2 spinach leaves and one onion sliver. She then wanted to charge me 12 dollars for my one bite she gave me. I then go over to the drink station to get a drink and it was disgusting. Everything was so dirty and sticky. Health department needs to be called
Ill get give place a zero if i could.place is dirty! Nothing is clean, even the food looks old, the bread was disgusting, it had dark spots on it. I would not come back.
ROACHES! In and around the food.you can see the dead ones on the floor and live ones all around the food.i cant believe they are staying open until this is taken care of! This is disgusting! I told the guy there are dead roaches on the floor and he said "yea we had a problem two weeks ago" then i look at the glass and see live roaches crawling in and out of the food! I just said "no thank you you i can't thats unsanitary" (no i wasnt going to eat there even after seeing the dead roaches)
The sandwiches are good but the bad attitude of the line server is unacceptable. Sorry she was having a bad day or tired but it's none of the customers fault.
Since you cant leave zero stars i had to leave one but trust me this is below zero.
I went to this store on Friday at 1: 20 in the afternoon. Technically still lunch hour. Only one lady in the store. Five people before me and six behind me. She had no urgency to prepare folks orders. She was slow. She conversed with customers in Spanish as if im not bilingual.talking about things that had NOTHING to do with a food order. After being in line for almost 25 minutes, i get ready to place my order and look down and its 3 roaches crawling around the floor coming from the food counter.
The store was FILTHY.

If I could give this location a negative star I would. I went in to grab subs for my family and the young dude behind the counter was off from the moment I walked in. He was helping the lady in front of me and he was moving very slow and seemed uninterested in what he was doing. When it came time for him to start my order of 4 subs he had poor listening skills, I had to repeat my first order) l which was 2 identical subs. Visually the food containers that were on display looked very unappetizing. Food was frozen to the sides of the containers and I've always been under the impression that the food was supposed to be or at least appear fresh. In the middle of making my first 2 identical subs he throws the meat back into the container. And I became completely shocked once I looked through the display glass to see a ROACH crawling across the rims of the food containers. I stopped the young man and pointed at the roach and told h to cancel the orders. He looks and says "Oh" very unbothered, almost as if this isn'tanythingnew for him to see. And it very well may not be a new sight for him to see at this location. I left and contacted corporate via their website. I am waiting to hear back and I hope it's sooner than later. This was a horrible experience at this location.
