Subway, Aubrey TX

Great sandwiches and friendly staff. There is usually not a long wait in the evening and the traffic on the main street is decent.

Waited over 30 minutes without the line moving. Three people working but only one person making sandwiches. I actually left and came back about 45 minutes later. Same thing. Waited in line for 30 freaking minutes then left. Definitely finding another place from now on.

This is the greatest Subway one ever been to. Dave always makes us gormet sandwiches exactly how we like them, if not better. Thanks so much! We will be in every week, I just hope Dave doesn't get sick of us lol.

Tonight my husband and I went to the Aubrey Subway #31232. I have never been treated more disrespectfully in my life. One of the boys called me "sir". Cleanly I am not a "sir". He thought he was funny and didn't say anything like "sorry" until I brought it to his attention. Then he said "oh, ma'am". About half of the meat was taken off of my sandwich. I understand I choose the wrong bread. I excepted that and said "don't worry about the bread". My husband has had an attitude problem out of this young "man" 2 other times before. I will not return to this store until this matter is taken care of.

Today I want back to this Subway. I talked to the manager about the"problem" on Saturday. Dave was very kind and handled the situation to my satisfaction. Thank you, Dave

I would give it 5 stars but there are 2 customers currently in a long line with no mask even though the door specifically states that they are required and the employees did not enforce policy.

So happy they had the roast beef.pilot point said they can't get it anymore. I thought they were full of bull!

This store in Aubrey had good and fresh ingredients. The staff was really nice and polite. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were really clean as well. With all that is going on, they have the place really clean and doing all they can to protect their customers.

With high school kids working they trend to either forget to give a hearty amount or they are trained to be stingy

One of the best Subways out there. Food presentation is always really nice and friendly staff that makes the sandwiches perfect. This Subway store deserves 5 stars.

Food seems all right. I'm not sure I'm a good judge - I don't like subway. It was open and within walking distance of where my bf and I parked that day.

The customer service is what really caught my attention. The people who work there are genuinely friendly and cool. It makes a big difference when they're selling cheap scraps lumped together into sandwich-shaped piles. No hate on subway. I'm not a sandwich person. But you hire good people and your stores are clean. Kudos.

Typically I would give Subway a 4-star review because their food is not super high tasty but the service at this place made up for it. Smiling faces and nice people working there. I had the tuna on white The Toasted it and melted the cheese and put my favorite vegetables and it turned out to be a fantastic sandwich. Better than a lot of other restaurants.
