Subway, Kingsland TX

We love Subway and eat there often. However the vents in the dining room are filthy! They are in the ceiling and blow directly on the food. One vent blows on the kitchen area where they prepare food. This could be cleaned in minutes with a broom! Needs to be cleaned!

We eat here 4=5 times a week my fiance goes in to order but gets an uneasy feeling from her ex which refuses to wait on her as he plays victim he beat her with a rope his name is Eddie for this subway you just lost all my business and he is lucky I don't come in there and embarrass him like he did her

Ordered two party trays, had no trouble picking them up right on time. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I like the meatball on wheat. Staff was friendly and got it right the first time. Nice stop for lunch in Kingsland

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Motivated workers that greet you with a smile. My sub sandwich was so delicious. Tried a new cookie flavor, yum.

Horrid service, new kid (I assume) drenched my sub in sauces to the point I can't even pick it up, and shoved our 6 cookies into one bag and snapped them into pieces doing so (if I remember it's only 3 to a bag) and when we complained and told them to simply tell the kid to chill out on sauces and to slow down putting cookies into the bag, were given short responses and it felt as if they didn't even care to listen to our complaints.

FYI they don’t close at 9pm, they close early even when people are still dining inside. The guy that was closing on 6/1/22 has made me sandwiches there before…. I wouldn’t say he’s a sandwich artist, more of a slap together a sandwich as sloppy as he can kinda guy. When I asked if they were closed @8: 49pm on a Wednesday (as he was finishing up another customers sandwich and others were dining inside) he said “Yep we’re closed”, I was actually relieved because I honestly never want a sandwich he has made ever again. Even the customer that just got her sandwich said “wait it’s not 9: 00pm yet? ! ” Just pretty disappointed in some of staff there. Primarily the guy that has “served” me the last few times. There are other people that work here and are fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about the others.
Please do a better job or quit so We can go back to enjoying the kingsland subway.

Staff friendly and had a upbeat attitude. We joked with them and was treated very kindly.
They were very busy, able to keep up with the flow of traffic.

Very kind and professional team. Even when they were busy and running out of items, they kept their cool and were very polite to everyone. Mr. Sterling did a really good job leading/training his team while it was all happening as well. As a Restaurant Asst. Manger myself, I will say y'all have a great team and really great leader working there.

No one answers the phone. Called numerous times and on multiple occasions with no one answering the phone so I could place an order for pick up. Walked in last week to place an order because no one would answer the phone. So while in the resturaunt I called the store while waiting to place my order and sure enough I hear the phone ringing. I was the only one in the resturaunt and still, no one answered the phone. So I asked the supervisor/manager why no one answers the phone. He stated to me that we do not answer after 8pm because we close at 9 and have to clean up. I stated that it's only 7: 30. He stayed well we are just busy cleaning and needing to be done by 9pm. I then asked the associate making my order the same question. He stated that this is what the manager says to do. Don't answer the phone. After looking at past reviews it seems I'm not the only one this happens to.wow. All I can say is poor service

Any time I’ve ever tried to call, they don’t answer. Ever. One time I called 7 times and no answer.

Absolutely amazing. There were only 2 guys in there and they nailed it. The sandwich was amazing Dean and so were the chips and drinks along with friendly customer service great job guys

Bread and food were very fresh and tasty. Store was clean, and staff were friendly. I'll definitely stop and eat again when I'm on the area.

Was greeted so nicely by a sweet young lady named tessa wessling.not only did she make my sandwiches just how I wanted, but did so with a smile and made me feel welcome.will keep going back to this location for sure

I just want to sincerely think Ms Mckayla for what she just did today I had a friend pick up my food due to me having COVID-19 because I don't want to risk the safety of our little community enough people out their are doing this I just wanted a sandwich to munch on here and there because of how light the breading and things are on their flat bread sandwiches I asked her if there was any way I could order over the phone because of me having covid she was very kind and obliged she even named out the chips the drinks and asked me what I would like I was so thankful and to top it all off she added soups to my order and wrote me this very sweet note it warmed my heart so much I just wanted everyone to know what this stranger did out of the kindness of her heart as soon as I get better I will be going in there to personally thank her thank you Ms Mckayla!
