20The sandwiches were fine, but the workers didn't know how to wrap the wraps. The wrap literally fell apart while trying to eat it.
I came here the other day and decided to try something new with the help of the gentleman that worked here. I decided to try the new Mexican sandwich. It was amazing! I'm glad I tried it instead of my usual! Service was great. Employees were friendly. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was out of order and that's the original reason I stopped and figured I'd go ahead and grab lunch while there. But overall, good food and service.
The lady that prepared my food barely put any meat on it one the sandwich was closed I couldn’t see any meat at all like the photos advertised all that bread and she was scared to put meat on it definitely not the way other subways I visited do it! It’s not about extra meat it’s about putting the right amount. I wouldn’t have known what was on it unless I opened the bun. The sandwich was just garbage
Food was good. There was only one person working the whole store at lunch time and she was doing the best she could (pore management)! That's all I'm going to say.
I ordered delivery and the dasher delivered my order with multiple items missing. I attempted to call the restaurant 3 times with no answer. I just wanted a refund for the missing items. I then ended up driving to the store and the woman working told me they don’t have a phone there? I don’t see how a business doesn’t have a phone, but also what is the number associated with it online? She gave me my missing items and apologized, but at that point I feel like my entire order should’ve been refunded because I paid $30 for the convenience of not having to leave my home and still ended up having to drive over there due to them not even getting the order correct.
One lady behind counter didn't speak English. The other barely spoke English. The one said welcome to Subway, but that was it and just stared at me. After an awkward pause I told her what I wanted. Didn't watch her put the meat on my BMT because the second lady came out and started helping the guy behind my wife. So I asked if they were going to help my wife first. So after we get through that moment I have her finish my sandwich. Only to get back to work and find my BMT has no ham on it and the bread was under cooked.
It's 7: 44 p.m. And they're closed. They're not supposed to close until 8: 00 p.m. I can see the lady in there is cleaning. She disappeared to the back and won't acknowledge my knocking.
I've experienced the same thing at another store where the lady flat out told me that she's closing early so she can clean up and go home.
I wonder what the owner of this franchise would think, knowing that there are customers everyday of the week trying to get service and spend money but they can't because the employees closes shop early!
I’m sure the two lady’s that work there are very nice people but speaking English should be a requirement if your working in KATY TX…. They could not answer basic questions about the sandwich making process.
Who ever it was that made my sandwich had little to no training. I ordered a wrap with a spinach tortilla. She folded the tortilla wrap like it was an envelope. And just put it into a paper and put it into a bag. When i got home thrre were ingredients to the wrap scattered inside the bag.
Employee didn't speak a lick of English so it was hard to order. Then tells me NO CASH when I pull out a $20 bill
I went for a sandwich and nobody wanted to Serve me. The ladies were on there phones instead of trying to give me service. Horrible job
I am truly happy and not satisfied, especially because of the higher price for turkey. It says Sunday footlong for $6.00 but charged me $8.00 something like that
My visit went smoothly only thing I could say negative is that they put way too much honey mustard in my sandwich I had to squeeze it out
They over charged me. The 2 Mexican ladies couldn't understand me an refused to give me a refund an started yelling at me in Spanish. The 1800 number on the receipt doesn't work. The so called GM email me a sorry excuse of an apology an still haven't refunded my money. Then she gave my sandwich to another customer an didn't want to make me a new one.
If you're going to close at 8, thats fine. But im here at 7: 30 and there's no one in sight. Honor your hours.
Need more staff. The 2 Hispanic ladies are also slow in the process, one seemed fairly new asking the other questions. Long lines during lunch 12: 20pm. I had to leave. Ridiculous. Went next door to Freddy's Steakburgers.

The employee said she couldn't take care of my order because she was closing, at 2pm on a Sunday as soon as I was walking up to the store
Its a subway but employee didn't speak English so was hard to order. Seems like none in the area employ English speaking people.
Very good food and Service Marilyn exceeded my expectations with her good customer service and kindness. Very respectful with all her customers
