13The lettuce was slightly brown, so I didn't get it, the tomatoes ok and pickles were frozen at the top off pan. The floor was filthy.
I showed up at 8: 30pm and they had locked the doors. Business hours were posted until 9pm. The kids working saw me and we're rude about it.
This location is everything you’d hope and dream in a usual Subway experience.
If you have never been to a Subway before, brace yourself. They make sandwiches! And the best part… you don’t have to make it yourself. You tell the employees exactly what you want and they will put anything you want on any sandwich with any type of bread. Their vegetable selection is unreal. Basically anything that you want to put on a deli sandwich, they have it. Well, almost anything. Maybe not foreign meats or sauces. Eat fresh is their (old?) slogan that may have been done away with. They used to sell $5 foot longs abs the ads were incredibly catchy, everybody knew the jingle by heart. Those are the good times - foot-longs cost a bit more now.
This location isn’t the closest one to me, so I’ve only visited twice. Both times have been in the last ~8 months. Both times their customer service has been incredibly bad. The employees are just rude and seem bothered to do their jobs. Today was particularly impressive. I walked in and no one else was there, other than me and two employees. One was making sandwiches from an online order, the other was stocking the drink fridge. Neither acknowledged me in any way. I just stood there practically right in front of one. And she didn’t even say hello, or just a moment, or anything. She spoke to the other woman about drinks. The other woman finally saw me, nothing from her either. After quite a few moments of not even being greeted I just left. They have the absolute worst attitudes here and nonexistent customer service.
I love this subway. The women here are always so nice about everything. I love talking to them as they help me with me with my oder.
The gym I go to just opened a location near here so my plan was to start coming here after my morning workouts, but naw not this location. This morning they burnt my bread which is cool, mistakes happen. But when I told them the bread is burnt the younger lady rolled her eyes. And I literally just had to take the sandwich and get out of there as fast as I could because I wanted to turn that whole place inside out when she did that. I will say they offered to remake it and the older lady gave me a free cookie which I appreciated, but for real tune your oven and your attitudes, cause ole girl almost got the business.
The woman Debbie working the front was all alone and going as fast as she could. She was so nice and inviting. She did an awesome job and deserves some recognition.
For this being a subway in Garden Oaks area. I must say i am truly disappointed this was my second time and still horrible. My bread was not toasted no cheese and i ordered this on line there were onions on my sandwiches am im allergic to them. My oder was ready for pick up at 5: 45pm but yet i confirmed by calling the store it would be ready at time on my email 6: 04pm. Soneedless tosay it was soggy. I will just continue to go my original subway on airline & little.
I work relatively close to this location. On multiple times I’ve tried to eat here and they either close early and lock the doors or isn’t open at all when the site says they are. There are two extremely rude ladies that work there. I would advise anyone to stay away from this location.
Lady came from outside in the door with me, went behind the counter and grabbed gloves I didn't purchase sandwich, that's just nasty TEACH EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS
The employees were kind and talkative, they made my sandwiches quickly-which is greatly appreciated. Overall it was one of the loveliest subways I've been at, would definitely come again.
This employees at thos particular location are very disrespectful. Between the discrimination I received, and the attitude from the servers behind the glass. The bread was stale, the meat was not fresh, and my coupon was redeemed due to an unexpected company change. I will never give this location my business ever again, and highly recommend others be alert when visiting this location.
