Subway, Cypress TX

Yesterday I ate at this subway and it was literally the only thing I ate for the day because I’m on a diet, late last night I woke up with food poising or something. I’ve been having diarrhea all night and today since this morning. I’ve been in the bed, I have a horrible headache and can’t stop this diarrhea. This place needs to be checked out immediately. This is not cool.

Poor management, how does a sandwich place run completely out of all meats?

I feel sorry for the employees, it's definitely not their fault

We went to eat for lunch Friday and the employee Robert was amazing & very professional! He even came to our table to make sure everything was alright with our meal. I will definitely be coming back to this subway location

Official closing time 0700 pm on sat and I got inside store 0650pm. All food already put up and not selling anything anymore. Employee just sitting and telling customers we are closing in 7 min but I aready put everything up.

I was entered inside before they closed.but lady refused to make my food… i salut to her with my middle finger

I only go here cause it’s closer to my house. Elda makes my sandwich everytime I come in and I never know why because she has an attitude everytime she does it. It be another women in there I don’t understand why she doesn’t come and make it when she sees I have a problem with elda because she’s disrespectful. Then she acts like she doesn’t understand English and today when I told her I was going to report her she put fingers up and shrugged her shoulders as if she gone care

Elda is very rude and she makes sloppy sandwiches she don’t like to do what people say and she doesn’t care either. She doesn’t understand English and if she does she pretends as if she doesn’t. I will make sure I will make sure on every social media I have to post not to come to this subway because Elda doesn’t treat costumers with respect. & every social media I have I have lots of followers!

So I showed up to this subway 5 min.before they closed and was skeptical and this young Guy named Gabriel was so attentive and professional he said I got you! Love his energy and passion he took care of my order with no problem this is my first time at this location and I definitely rate it 5+ stars this kid is amazing strongly recommend you to go for his service he will definitely go far in life! Love it.

Ordered a steak and cheese. They added no cheese. I called them, and the lady was not willing to correct the issue. I will not go back.

The service here is horrendous. There's an older Hispanic lady who is extremely rude and treats customers like an inconvenience. She seems angry and bitter. Never going here again.

Do not order online! Terrible experience! Bread soggy, too much mayo, ingredients on sandwich you did not ask for. Absolutely not the Subway to visit or order online. This is the type of experience that hurt businesses, especially during this Pandemic.

Felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked into this location. One of the cashiers (older Hispanic lady) just stared me down and was very impolite. Will not be returning to this location. I now go to the one on Fry and West Little York, they are friendly and greet you at the door.

Food was good, but the lady that was training a young man today was extremely rude. I felt so bad for him, someone else should be training him as he was very nice and apologetic. I too work in the food industry and would never treat my coworkers like that especially in front of customers.
