The staff (lady) and the other skinny young man called the manager have very little communication skills. The mexican lady was so rude she made a mistake with my order. They wanted to Play the race thing with me but it was an educated black man. @subway #subway pls educate your staffs on how to treat your customers.

Awesome subs as always.
Loved the size of the shop. Not too big and well managed. Appropriate for the level of foot traffic.

Totally remodeled inside but it’s the food that keeps us coming back from more! And the tastiest most refreshing watermelon Agua Fresca you’ve ever had. They have some wonderful breakfast options and let’s not forget their fresh baked cookies that are just too delish for words. Amazing little spot.

What can you say about Subway? Ordinarily it's a slam dunk, several terrific options for sandwiches. This location is always a little sketchy. Is usually there's a couple of high school kids running the place and most high school age food service workers generally don't really take much pride in preparation or customer service and, this comes from direct restaurant management experience, so I usually keep my expectations sort of low. But when you order three sandwiches and you spend 25 bucks, you'd at least like the bread to be fresh and the only way you're going to know that it is or it isn't, is by the associate not using stale bread or you personally find out when you get home and you unwrap your sandwich and the bread is like cement! The latter is what happened to us. And it's happened a couple of times at this location but normally we just roll it off and let it go. Because every experience can't be perfect but when the associate takes it out of that little steam cabinet and they put it on the counter and they start to cut it open to prepare your sandwich it's at that moment that they could just say this isn't a very good 6 inch or footlong piece of bread, let me get you a newer one.

So, not able to leave a very positive review on this visit.

Generally a great place, but not today. Not a fan of going to a place with the no mask no service rule and being attended by a sandwich artist with the mask at the chin

Italian BMTs are my favorite and they're always made so well:)
