18Trash location, order is always wrong and never ready for online pickup. The server didn't know how to do a simple refund and then gave me expired gift cards.avoid at all costs.
It was hot inside. But the store was being remodeled. The sandwiches where great. The staff were nice.
Let's just say that they cherry pick who they give good customer service to. I will not be returning to any subway and I will be sure to discourage family and friends from going to a subway. Also, they are known for getting the orders wrong. How hard is it to make a sandwich and where do you find your employee? During my last, and final visit, one of the employees forgot to put me at on another customer's sandwich. This subway has recently updated their appearance. However, a new restaurant cannot cover up poor customer service. Don't be deceived!
Very rude employees, they will give you attitude for a mistake they made, will never comback to this place
My boyfriend and I love subway, today my BMT was great like always. I wanted to thank the new gentleman with the hat (I didn’t catch his name) for being so kind and patient. Usually subway is “fast food” and you don’t really talk a lot with the employees but today he even made sure the tables were good for us to seat and we appreciated it. The blonde lady, I think she was the manager was also really nice. Thank you!
I ordered the monster pro And the only monster I got was the bill. Instead of double meat I got very little meat. It was delivered to my hospital room The manager told me I could come in and get a replacement sandwich but did not offer deliver. When I told her I could not come down and pick it up she hung up the phone on me.
Horrible Horrible Horrible. ZERO stars. I would NEVER go to this location again. Rude staff. They didn’t have the cookies that we wanted (which was ok) and paid for but they said they could not refund my money. So we paid for cookies we didn’t want and they were crushed. The sandwich we received was missing half of what we asked for on it and what we did ask for there was barely any of those items on it.
I contacted the owner (which I never do) who was so unhelpful and did not care at all and has not responded to my follow up email.

I visited the Norwood location on 183 on Friday 10/21/22 at around 7pm and I had a bad experience and normally at the subway is good. But a lot of subways in the poorer communities are going downhill. I was given hard bread. My husband sandwich was so nasty he stated he didn’t even eat it. A whole sandwich thrown in the trash. A waste of food and money. I will not be going back to that location until they get better workers in there, also it took forever to make 3 sandwiches. And most of the veggies also tasted old.
This is gonna be my first review on Google. I had a terrible service at this restaurant. The lady looking like an Indian made my sub. I could see from her face and attitude and the way she talks, the way she handed me extra napkins that she doesn’t take her job seriously. She was fxxxking rude. Im Never coming back here.
The worst customer service ever. Just order online and you don't see your food more than 1 hour. 40 minutes waiting in store for pickup just two sandwiches!
This restaurant is VERY racist! The Hispanic lady who cleans around 7: 30 refused to allow some young African children to use the restroom and made them leave the store. However she allowed the homeless caucasian couple to come and get something to drink for free! I was very appalled and mortified by this out come of this woman! People like that don’t deserve to have a job in this country!
Very well made food and besides the food it is very clean, this store has really improved a lot would recommend the good service
This location opens and closes whenever it wants to! I came at a time when they should still be open but they where closed
This place is the worst sandwich are never ready when ordering threw app. My order hasn’t been ready multiple times don’t go here
I have came to this Subway twice to pick up breakfast within 2 months of each other and both times I have came they are still not open even though it is well past 9. I see people inside just sitting clearly not doing their jobs. If you aren’t going to open when you say you are, update your hours!
Slow. So far every time I come for a pick-up order, it’s been anywhere from 10-15 minutes late.
I was working & parked my car there. Sorry! I can add Subway is a quick & tasty way to eat. There is something for everyone. I would think.
