Manager is rude! Takes forever to take your order. She acts like she doesnt want to be there and just throws your sandwich togather. Worse subway i have ever been to! I wont be back to eat here. You are better off walking 5 extra feet and getting mcdonalds!

When I visited at lunchtime on a Sunday, they only had 3 bread choices.white, wheat or flat.someone to to stay on top of orders and stock to make sure they have everything on the menu available.other than that, the employees were professional and curtious. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich I had was very good, no complaints about the food. Everything was fresh. Well worth your stop!

We usually stop on our way in from Mt. Pleasant. Tonight was horrible customer service was horrible. I really enjoyed this place for awhile but entire crew was rude I mean it was like they hated being there. I ask my sandwich not to be toasted it right into the toaster after several times me saying wait wait she removed it from the oven. I can't say anything good. The couple in front of us had to have their sandwich remade. I hope this gets fixed and soon.

I have went here several times and what a miserable bunch of employees. The long sad faces each employee had were very depressing and I can't imagine why someone would go work somewhere to act that way. Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and the metal scoop they use has a huge dent in the bottom so I would assume that you get less meat on an already overpriced sandwich, also on the second scoop the SUPER SAD lady poured half back out. The other SUPER SAD employee which was wearing a purple shirt, I'd assume that's the manager, recommended she use a non-stick boat to heat up my steak and cheese which she didn't even reply to her, she just threw it all on some paper. After being heated, all my cheese and a large portion of my meat stuck to the paper which she then threw away. Talk about a horrible experience, I hope those employees find happiness soon, I will not be returning to such a sad depressing place. Please avoid this Subway sandwich shop! Hopefully people will stop eating here, then it will shut down and the employees are bound to be happy again! Good luck

The worst Subway I've ever been in! 3 employees just chatting in the room while I waited by the counter for 7 minutes! One of the girls there saw me and completely ignored me until I shouted "EXCUSE ME! Y'ALL OPEN" then she just said what kinda bread? With a whole attitude. I'll never visit this truck stop all together ever again.

Normally I would be able to give a 5 star and say nice things about this place but tonight was anything but 5 star service. The women working acted like they didn’t even want to be there. They put the wrong cheese on my husband’s sandwich. They were out of things. I ordered the new turkey cali fresh and it has maybe 5 pieces of turkey on a footlong and they didn’t put the bacon on it. I’m not one to complain usually but this could have been better. My husband and I have been coming to this subway since it opened and this is our first time ever having a bad experience here.

Just in two words.it sucked. The man behind the counter in the first place acted as though he didn't want to serve us today.like he had better things to do than make our sandwiches as it was an impossion that he had to even wait on us. Next, the bread was not fresh. Subway bread had has the perfect texture and aroma that comes from the package after the sandwich is made and is awesome. Todays was old and falling apart with each bite. The sandwiches were just thrown together and very messy. When my husband asked for more black olives the person behind the counter huffed and did it.in deress. Sorry service and possibly not coming back. We ate the sandwiches because we were hungry and didn't want anything else at the moment. Get it together or you could lose a lot of business in the future.

Sad that these employees have such bad attitudes while serving.being on the road all day gets tiring and I prefer subway than McDonald's but after having to deal with them twice already.never again. I'll just wait for another stop we make.so yo them I say why work in customer service if they don't want to deal with people.or maybe it's just a certain type of ppl they don't like

Stopped to have a sandwich, the girl that made our sandwich had an attitude, got sandwich toasted, paid went filled drinks for my party of 3 came back to eat sandwich and it was cold, even had it toasted. I've had better. Will not be back.

Yet another trip to subway and the toaster was down. I was told it was down from 9pm to 11pm every night for cleaning. Well at 11pm I was told when he finished stocking chips he would turn it back on and take 30mins to heat up. Left came back at 11: 45 story was it could be down all night. Can understand it needs to be cleaned but figured after midnight during non peak hrs would work better. But seeing that they took corporate phone # off the door. I guess the complaints got to be too much.

The toaster is never working my word everytime I go in it didn't used to be like that because David always cleaned but he's like the only that works he needs a raise or something or subway needs to get it's stuff together

Went in for two flatbread breakfast sandwiches and both of the young ladies we're pleasant, professional, and thorough. When everyone is wearing a mask all of our senses tend to be influenced. Dealing with customers can already be difficult. I watched them expedite orders for MASKED customers with language barriers, who wanted customized sandwiches that are no longer on the menu and do it seamlessly together. Hats off to you ladies?

One of the least favorite Subway of all due to bad customer service from one male guy. I arrived to place my order, and nobody was at the counter, they guy arrived later and he rushed me to place my order, yet I had been waiting for him there. On another day he literally threw change on my hand. Other attendants seeems they know how to threat customers
