12Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without getting service at 8am, never got service dint waste my time.
Young woman, only employee working today, was very nice and polite. There is no vegetables, no tuna and so much more. She kindly explained that corporate canceled the truck that should have delivered. Well Corporate ya'll are simply stupid! Lost customers and revenue. We stopped here to get two footlong tuna subs. Why should we come back if you can't supply food to serve?
The lady who worked this morning was so sweet I believe her name was Josie. She was so sweet, and helpful. She helped me and my husband who had never had subway choose what he might like best. She was very clean polite and I will definitely be going back there for the great service and delicious food.
I have ordered 3 times through their app for an online order and 3 times in a row, the order wasn't made nor have they even heard of the order. All 3 times I let them make it and not once can they make it right. All 3 times it was made wrong. Not like forgot tomato's but they made a sandwich instead of a wrap, a sandwich instead of a melt. They literally cannot read. I must be dumb for keeping on going here. I think I've learned my lesson though.
Edit: haven't gone back to any subway in the last 6 months. Good job subway team for not following up at all.
They are nice when there but there has been times where I've seen and had to wait 5 or so minutes to get some help due to the workers not being there. Otherwise it's okay. They occasionally run out if some items due to shortage but that can't be helped
3/30/2022 time 9: 30 am. Horrible this old chola lady in the morning she is always in her phone like if you don't like it leave.don't order online they not even try to make this right save you self from a disappointment.
I waited almost an hour for service they are literally so rude and the old lady with the piercings kept sneezing and coughing on peopels food so discussing they don’t even have a maskand never going again
This is the sorriest Subway we have ever been to out of most all meat no vegetables and the sub still cost $16 the girl working said we are always out of everything Wonder who owns this franchise they must not watch their investment
Sent in online order through the app at 7: 06pm. Recieved confirmation order would be ready by 7: 20pm.
Arrived at the store at 7: 30 to find out they closed at 7pm but they still had all of thier food out and workers sitting.sign on the door says they close at 10pm.
We've been eating subway for years now. However, we have never eaten a better sandwich than what the girl did for us. I didn't catch her name but she does work extremely well. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a BMT. 100% recommended
They no longer have spicy brown mustard. They are out of tomatoes. Yes subway is cheaper, but cheaper is not always better. Looks like McAlister's will be getting more of my business.
The white fat guy with glasses complety ignored me asked if I needed anything 15 minutes later as I ate my churches chicken.
