Subway, Silsbee TX

My husband wanted Subway for his birthday. He loves the steak sub. I also bought two cookies. Love the bag they came in. It said " Lookie lookie you got a cookie ". I wrote on the bag that it was his birthday cookie. He laughed and said he loved it. Very friendly employees

Wasn't very impressed with the guys attitude who prepared my sandwich. I ordered the Spicy Italian double meat double cheese. When he was done fixing my sandwich and had cut it I asked him to wrap them separately please and he rolled his eyes and crushed sandwich by squeezing it. I'm sorry can you please remake my sandwich and with less attitude Thank you!

Sooo storm rolled through knocked most of Silsbee out of power. So I decided I won't be able to cook tonight so I'll go to subway. I placed my order on the app, and when I arrived at the store it was just being finished. The evening crew a young gentleman and a young lady were working. Very polite and respectful. Verified my order and it was made just the way I ordered it.

Bad service!
Third time I’ve been there and each time is a bad experience. The service (if you can call it that), has each time been subpar and just…bad. Always made to feel you as though you are putting them out for what they are hired for. It’s called work and it’s your job kiddos. I will never return to this one again and wonder how this place is still in business amid such mediocre customer service.
And the young man coughing all over the place whining about going home…please go!

Always something wrong when you order food at this location we quit going for over a year finally gave it another try and it's still hot garbage

Inflation? Food prices? Management? All the folks inside were super friendly. The salad today was half the size it was 2 months ago. This is the second time the salad was small.

This people were rude they were making other sandwiches for online orders and we were on the line waiting for them to finish the online order.

Be prepared to wait. Seriously think every here is high on some really good well you know. Zombies work here. Clueless staff. Not really sure what is going on here. I think I'll just go to the Walmart location. Much better service there.

The guys were great. They were training a new guy and the trainer was really good at explaining everything and was patient with his trainee and was also very nice to us and kept a great speed of service

You can order over the phone OR at the window. They lost my business.

Friendly employees and helpful, the food was good great service. The cookies were awesome good.

You can NOT refuse service to someone with a medical condition when your own employees didn't have their mask on their face

This Subway has been great for the pandemic, always providing the fresh, filling and delicious footlongs. This is just like how the Holy Scriptures provide fresh and filling spiritual deliciousness, like the Scriptures say ". Feast upon the words of Christ, ; for behold, the words of Christ will tell you all things what ye should do"
Christ told us to "search the scriptures, for in them ye think ye have eternal life".

If we feast on the words of Christ, just like a delicious footlong, we can keep our faith strong and our hunger low during this pandemic.

The people were so rude. We had our mask below our nose and they told us to pull them up while their OWN employees didn’t have them over their noses. We will not be back.
