Bad service, I drove up at 9: 25 pm and one of workers run to the door and looked it. All they were doing was sitting at the table by the window talking.

I have been ordering at this location twice a week for a long time. The last 3 sandwiches I GOT THERE HAVE BEEN MISSING ITEMS. Today I got a Bella, and it was missing the fresh mozzarella, the main thing it's advertised for. I got 2 Dangerwiches last week, and was missing bacon both times. I called today, and the young man said he didn't know what to do. I will revise my rating, if I get a response. You can leave a reply.

Manager Elisa is extremely rude very unprofessional after waiting 30 minutes longer than my app ready time for 2 subs. Which I was understanding about due to them having lots of customers. I got home and both subs were wrong proceeded to call to inform them. Only to have her answer and rudely and disrespectfuly dimiss me and said I should expect mistakes and what did I expect her to do. I should be understanding and just eat it like it is. The most entitled disrespectful experience ever. She acted as if I should have been happy I got a sub at all!

A very rare bad review from me, especially considering that it's a fast food place: They open at 9, and I got there at 9: 10 to find the doors locked. No problem. She let's me in, but nothing is set up. Blames the night shift. I ask for an egg sandwich. "We don't have egg. " I've never been to a Subway that didn't have egg.

The most below-average Subway experience ever. Food was okay. Bathrooms were gross. Needed to use the restroom, opened the door and saw the toilet, and said "nope".

I had mold in my sandwich. The Mexican girl there off Ross was sooo nasty.she let my veggies touch the metal part. Then she looks at me to see if I was looking at her and she puts the veggies on my sandwich. EVER NASTY.not clean All of the tables in there were DIRTY.

The wait was terrible! Don’t have absolutely nothing for the sandwiches and to top it all off, they got my order completely wrong, gave me a wrap that I didn’t order and just gave me whatever they wanted ‍️‍️, not going back, worst service ever, this sandwich I have no clue what it is, they added jalapeños like there was no tomorrow,

Look, I'm a truck driver. I don't like greens. I asked for double meat too.they fill the bowl up half way with shredded chicken not rotisserie bacon and cheese like I ordered. I've been out on the road and got more meat from other subways so they must not know how to fix a protein bowl. Or are purposely not fill the bowl. It was a weird order yes but for 2 of them for 30 bucks you all need to fill that bowl more!

All the subways are different in how they fix things that's fine but rotisserie and shredded chicken are very different.

The staff was nice they even called me asked if I put the order in right maybe these are different times because of prices but I know there have been several times they filled my bowl to the top and had a hard time closing it. I wont be coming here again!

When using the drive thru, expect to wait 10 minutes or more after you order. They don't care about the drive thru.

Waited 5 minutes at the counter for someone to come take our order yet the employees continued to stay in the back area by the door. They saw us come in but never acknowledged us.

Great, fresh and healthy food as always.

Liked the opportunity that was posted allowing a tip to be added to the bill for those who prepared the subs.

Subway on Ross has gone down. They no longer have some of my favorite items on the menu. The wait to order takes forever, the window area for ordering never works, the food line looks messy and the employees in the evening are rude and impatient. This has happened 3 times. My salad I ordered was disappointing. It was soggy, my spinach wrap, tortilla was hard the rest of the food was poorly made. There was maybe two slices of turkey and the rest was a bulk of lettuce. So I paid for lettuce if you think about it. Makes me sad because I use to frequent this establishment alot.

I went yesterday three girls working two not wearing mask when I asked if they were required to wear masks they stated no they were no longer required I don’t believe subway should do this especially being in a delis type service where food is uncooked and water droplets are more accessible to drop in your food I will not be going back I will go to a subway that still mandates mask for the employees I work in retail and we are still required to wear masks so I am unsure of why a restaurant typesetting would not require mask

The drive through is great, you order via a screen without having to talk to anyone. I love this place.

When I first walked in the lady in the front went to the back instead of staying in the front. I had to say hello for her to come to the front. Then while ordering my food my son fell because there was a big puddle of water just there with no wet sign over and I told the working lady and she said oh okay. She did not sympathize at all that my 6yr old son fell and got his clothes wet. She did not care that my son fell. Very poor customer service!
