1 person on duty during lunch hour and extremely stressed. Trying to do way to much sandwiches not made correctly do to her frantic pace worrying about the growing number of people in line. Get her some help.

The manager went above and beyond to be sure that my sandwich was made great. He was working alone and he was a wonderful person to chat with while he was making my food. There should be more managers like that.

They need to close the store. They are always out of bread.
Doors locked.
Rude employees.
Just close the store and replace it it with a business that works.

Jay, was friendly and helpful with our selection very attentive and polite. When I come back to Lubbock Iwill make a point to stop in for a fresh sub.

Today I decided to try something different besides the Chicken. I have allways ordered chicken breast or rotisserie style chicken. For the vary reason I have never been disappointed. So I wasn't vary hungry this evening and my wife committed we should grab something to eat and I chose subway thinking I want a lite meal nothing big or heavy. I thought what better than a BLT? The answer my hungry friend is a club! Everything was fresh and hot and as I prayed lite. I will definitely go and order the same next time. Point being don't be afraid to try something new, something different. You might just come out surprised and satisfied as I was. Thank you subway!

The manager on duty treated her employees terribly. She was extremely rude and lazy. Her name tag said Liz. She either needs to be demoted or fired. Her behavior was inexcusable. To top it all off I saw her picking her wedgie didn’t wash her hands or anything.

I ordered thru my app so that I can just pick up, I did curb deliver. There was only 1 employee and like 10 guest waiting to get their order in. I would have to wait a long time to get my order. They need to have more than 1 employee to meet their guests.

Tried the drive thru but was told to "stand by". We watched thru the window as the only Subway worker took care of customers inside the building 1st. Then we decided to go inside to order. The server was nice but this Subway should have a minimum of 2 workers on site when open or close the drive thru when there is only 1 employee.

The worst place to get your sandwich in town. Employees lacks professionalism. They will act very rude if you ask them a question. And the sandwich, it was missing cheese!

Worse service ever. I get employees have to clean before closing, but I've also learned in past jobs that if someone pulls up through drive thru you put what you are doing aside and tend to your customers. We waited at the window and we're ignored while the gentleman was in front of window he then proceeded to walk out and throw the trash. At this point we called out to him and he ignored us finally after the 3rd time of calling out to him he acknowledged we were there, we asked if they were closed he said no so we parked to go in since we we're ignored at drive thru he then runs out to tell us only drive thru is open. So once again we go to drive thru only to be ignored a couple more minutes while 2 employees are now standing there. Finally they took our order. If that's the service y'all offer. No thanks very disappointed as this use to be my fave place to go.

I never post reviews but this was was especially frustrating. Upon receiving my sandwich and taking a few bites I noticed at least three hairs in said sandwich. Who knows how many there were before I really inspected the food. Absolutely disappointed, can usually overlook a single hair as a mistake but the fact that there were three seems almost intentional. Folks look before you eat. Won’t be back to this location.

Today I decided to try out this subway. I asked the person who made my sandwich her name. She said it was Connie.she made me feel like I was a inconvenience to her and was very rushed to make my sandwich.
The sandwich was made very poorly.

I sat down to eat it and I see this Connie person walk out to this girl talking to a older guy and she started degrading her in the lobby. From the looks of it she got fried by this Connie person. If this is how management treat's it's employees this manager needs to be fired. Completely unacceptable to degard a employee but then to do it in the lobby In front of customers is just plain gross and unacceptable.
Idk who the owner is but he/she needs to fire her.

Ordered online, the app said the order was ready but I got to the store and had to wait 15 mins even though there was nobody in line ordering because the employees were just there talking and checking their phone.

Ordered 4 sandwiches around 7: 30 today.
All were put together sloppy, and called and the “manager “ laughed and didn’t care about the situation.
Subway needs to have a little more pride in who they hire there.

Subway has gone from an 8 out of 10 to a 1 since removing the plastic from their ingredients. For instance, see the photo! No more needed. I will never return to any Subway! Can you tell the difference between the hotdog bun and the filled 6" Subway sandwich?

No rate at all.worst place to order subway at.got 2 young men qorking, but the urgency is very poor, check your cameras, managers obvisouly do not care eaither, the food is all out when you walk up to order, so makes you walk right out cuz the stocking is horrible.hispanic dude with grill in his mouth needs a raise and needs another worker to work as good as him, sorry but the other guy on the other hand is touching his mouth and not changing gloves or anything.skipped the other person i was with as if she wasnt going to order but okay whtvr we still paid n waited, but yall need do some

The people were not very friendly and I watched them touch the register with the gloves they made someone's food with then make another person's food im sure many people touched that register after taking money from everyone. I didn't eat there but I do like subways food just not that store.

I don't normally do subway. It's definitely not my favorite but I was out of options and just needed something nearby and fast. This is literally the cleanest subway I've ever been in. And all of the stuff looked fresh (no wilted spinach or tomatoes and no cross contamination). Still not my fav food but wow when it's this clean the food just tastes better. Good job!
