18Me my wife and my mom was eating here today a dasher came in to get food and the manager was straight trash to him said she didn't care what the app said and what not then when the customer leaves she's talking real bad about him to the other employees in front of all the customers.
I'm writing this as a previous customer and as a employee. Before I started working here everyone was super friendly and fast. Now that I work here I know they weren't just putting on a show. These people are actually really nice and funny and they know how to get the job done.
Rude staff and argumentative with customer when I got home with drive thru order that was WRONG. I WILL TALK TO MANAGER ON SATURDAY!
The employees were friendly and patient as we were ordering and got us through the line quickly.
I could not be more greatfull to your staff. I got off work late and was one of the last customers. Im not a fan of bothering anyone whos trying to close up but despite being in after the chairs were up the younge man was very kind to us. The other artist was also perfect, lovely people.the food was wonderful.thank yall again.
The last time we visited, we were told, we close in 10 minutes and will not serve you! Won't be back.
Staff were very polite and friendly, and the bathroom was very clean. I would return again if I didn't live in Dallas: D
We placed an online order tonight for pickup. I guess we should have checked all of our items before leaving town to go home. When we arrived home 20 minutes later, our whole order was wrong. One of our sandwiches was the wrong size, toppings were missing off the others, extra that we paid for was missing, only half the meat on one sandwich, and sauces all over the sandwiches on the outside. We called to inform them that our order was wrong and were told we would have to drive the 20 minutes back to town to have them remade. They would not make any concessions to us and basically told us we were out of luck if we didn't bring them back. We use this location all the time but this is the worst customer service we have ever received.
The line was long as a train. The service was so. They also made my co workers sandwich wrong.
The best subway I've ever been to. Beats all the subways in greenville by a mile. That's where my wife and I usually go is greenville but today we went to sulphur and while we were standing in line I was blown away by just the little things.
The line of food behind the glass was fresh, clean and well stocked, the employees chatted politely with my wife, the sandwhich of the customer in front of us no joke looked like the commercials. And our food tastes great.
Subway, eat fresh (but only at this location).
We usually call in our order to pick it up. Employees are never very friendly and always get our order wrong! Store was clean though.
Went in around 1: 30pm yesterday January 25,2021 and they were super busy, understaffed is what it looked liked but the two women in the front Angie and Nichole were amazing and so friendly, you could see they overwhelmed but talked and laughed with my wife and I the whole time, never once was rude these girl are the reason I give 5 stars, I don't know what the circus was in the back but they were cussing and very loud with it, I'm glad there wasn't any children present! But the two girls in the front are the reason we will return! Good job ladies keep it up
I eat here 1-2X a week- usually the drive thru. When I go in - it is clean! They are friendly and know my order - rarely make a mistake - and it is always FRESH!
Went in tonight at 7. Had to verify they were still open since most if the containers were missing. They were "cleaning up" before they closed at 10,3 hours later. The sandwiches were slapped together with the zeal of a blind racoon doing a crossword puzzle on day old, semi-stale, bread. Apparently counting tonight wasnt on the menu either as I ordered 8 cookies and ended up with 7. Very disappointed. If you don't like the work you're doing and take no pride in it, then find another job to make money; obviously the service industry isn't your forte.
I usually don't enjoy going to Subway, but I am giving this location a 5 star rating because the service in there was amazing! The 2 ladies where so attentive and when I was a dime short (I didn't want to break a $5) the lady gave me a dime!
Food was good and reasonably priced, of course made exactly as ordered. The service on the other hand was a bit uncomfortable, as if it was an inconvenience to serve us. We did show up 2 hours before closing this particular time, but it has almost always been this way every time we've gone (at various times through the day) to this location. Not sure if we will continue to come here.
I keep forgetting to eat here. It's not hard to get to, just not where most of the restaurants are. It's always a good value.
Picked up a giant sandwich. Fast, friendly service! They helped me load aides/condiments. Very impressed!
