Subway, Cisco TX

Arrived on a Saturday morning thinking I could get breakfast enter unlocked doors no signs posted, and get asked semi rudely, "can I help you" I tell the worker I can wait no issue. Apparently they are closed till 10. Poor service, and left not wanting to wait. Would not recommend.

Food was awesome! My grandkids loved theirs as well. Must get raspberry cheesecake cookies! Yummy
I have a broke hand and the young man was more than willing to help me carry everything to my car! It was my first time going to the subway here in Cisco. (recently moved here)

Stopped in randomly on our road trip. Younger guy working, very polite and FAST! Bathroom was very clean. Sandwich is great. Good experience here!

Preston really took good care of us, he was left alone since his coworker was sick and had to go home. Preston needs a raise!

We went there at nine fifteen Friday March 11 2022 they had no bread ready the lady said it would be fourty five minutes on bread.dont go here slow service lousy food.avoid this place.i would give no stars if possible.

This used to be a really nice place, but it’s not very clean anymore and service isn’t great. It’s really too bad.

Online order: didn't get double meat on my Italian BMT, wrap wasn't cut, specifically requested for a sandwich to be cut into 3- it was cut in half.
Called to complain- was disrespected to the highest level. I will NEVER revisit this Subway.

The boys that was working didn't seem like he wanted to be there didn't even make my melt the right way bad customer service

I would give zero stars but I can't. Line out the door, impatient staff, out of everything, frozen bread.

Ok. So pulled up. No sign on, parking lot vacant. Didn’t think they were open. So I went to checked the door. They were open. Walked in she said you need a mask for me to serve you. It’s policy. Ok. So I look in pick up, I didn’t have one. Small town, 99% places don’t require one. So I was pulling out of parking lot. Saw the sign on the window, “now open for delivery amd take out”. Ok awesome. So I was leaving and called so we could get delivery. She said they don’t deliver.

1— sign wasn’t on. So she didn’t want people coming in.
2—-I don’t mind the mask every now and then. But she said “it’s policy”. Well I called the other two subways in our county, and they said “no ma’am. Come on in”. So she didn’t want to do anything.
3— if you don’t deliver, you need to take the sign down.

This is on cisco tx, small town and they had safety measures in place. It was great to feel safe in eating out.

The staff was wonderful. They were very attentive and considerate of my husband's food allergy. I definitely recommend this location!
