20Went several times to give it a chance but their customer service is non existent. I even saw customers in line trying to be nice to the employee instead of being the other way around. The staff looks bothered that you came into the store. There's no such thing as a hello or what can I get you? More of a "what do you want" kinda approach. I just wish that was not the case.
Not too busy of a location for a quick bite to eat. Usually understaffed, but staff they do have works fast and efficient. Very polite and friendly.
The manager should not be in management she belittled her employee just to take over and get the order wrong then when I tried to politely correct her 3 times she ignored me so when I told the cashier it was incorrect the manager loudly said “why didn’t she say that”.
Leaving The Open Sign On Saying That They Are Open Which It Isn't Is Deceiving The Customer And Believe Me That Customer Will Never Do Business With That Restaurant Again
Severely understaffed but she still manages to smile. It’s awesome how so many people have grown patients due to this make-believe pandemic
Twice I've come for lunch around 12: 30 they have nothing ready there not making any more sandwiches the Manger or it was a employee said that apparently they do not know how to pre more Deli meat or bread, they need to the pre sheet and pre more
I went today after a long shift at work and just wanted to get my dinner. I went in around 415pm ish and the woman that helped me did not seem very happy at all and came off very rude as if I was bothering her with my order. I didn't say anything to her until the end because I wanted to get three cookies. I let her know which cookies I wanted, but she didn't acknowledge that she heard me or that she added it to my order. She gave me my total and thinking that she didn't hear me (previously in line she was having trouble hearing me) I let her know again about the cookies and her response was "I got it ma'am" in a very snappy and rude tone. I just was apalled at how snappy she was, but i apologized and swiped my card. I asked if she was having a bad day and she replied "no maam. No day is a bad day. Today is Friday. Are you having a good day? " At this point her tone had changed. So I'm not sure what was going on. On the actual food side, the sandwiches were a mess. The veggies were literally just thrown on the sandwich (I watched her do it), the sauces I asked for were glossed on there, and then when she folded them everything.and i mean EVERYTHING slid out of the bun. I spent 4 years of my life working at subway and managed one. No matter how busy, slow, or if i was working by myself I made sandwiches I was proud of. Not a good experience needless to say.
Employees are clearly over worked and under paid. They managed to smile and be friendly but you can tell they are just exhausted. Food was normal subway quality. Price same as well. Parking is limited. Give these guys a raise though or some paid time off to unwind or burn out will kill your business.
My first and last time I ordering online through this location. It looked like it had been thrown in the dirty bag, sandwich separated, toppings slid out. It wasn't pressed like a melt, was just super soggy and inedible.
We came in right before closing and the staff did a great job getting our meals ready! Thank you so much for your service. Everyone else in the area was already closed.
I have mixed feelings about my sandwich. I got the new oven roasted turkey sub and first time ordering online which I am hesitant about anyways. Part of my order was to add light banana peppers. Why I get the stem on the banana pepper in both halves of my foot long? I almost chipped a tooth on the first one. Other that that my sandwich was made perfectly but now I have to examine ever bite.
The service was outstanding the sandwich was just ok. I feel like they changed the sauce up because the chipotle southwest now taste more like a bbq sauce.
Store was very clean. Employees were very nice. $21 for 2 not-that-great Turkey wraps though.way too heavy on the Ranch dressing.
Well had a bad experience I had a 5$ gift card and for what ever reason it scanned but didn't work so I was kinda angry
Whoever the lady was working on Sept 26,2021 in the afternoon, needs to find another job. Everyone there has always been so nice. This lady was rolling her eyes and making huffing noises along with her rude movements making a sandwich like all the customers in there were a burden to her. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else. Don’t take it out on the customers! Extremely rude, unprofessional and a terrible attitude. I really hope management does something. Seeing many of the other 1 star reviews, it seems they don’t care. I guess it’s time to go to corporate.
I had to wait awhile to get my sandwich but it was worth it. I was really impressed with the lady making the? And running the restaurant. There were several people in line ordering and this lady was working alone, doing everything. She had such a great attitude, she smiled and paid attention to each customer. I know she couldn't have been the only person schedule that day, so my kudos go out to her for preparing a great sandwich and having a great attitude under less than ideal conditions.
Did not get the young lady's name on 8/19/21. She was very pleasant and great attitude. Thanks for having such great spirits. We really need more people like her in this world.
Seriously the worst subway I’ve ever been to. It was 5, and they were out of meatballs. Girl wouldn’t make more, and then tried to give us a 6 inch sub with 2 meatballs and a ton of sauce. They were also out of the bread we wanted and seemed like she had a terrible attitude from the start.
I have been with this phone company for over 10 years, and in the last three visits their employees in their stores have been nothing but a dang joke. And i will do us all a favor by leaving it at that. I made it a point to not continue my phone service with them anymore after today.
I always love going here. I come here for lunch and they're always very quick to do my order. They have been training some new people and they get a bit confused but the manager seems to be on top of helping the new person. All of the food is fresh and the service is very good. I will definitely be going back!
