Subway, San Antonio TX

I drove up to the store I wanted to get cookies Nobody was in the parking lot as soon as I Walked in there was a young lady eating by the window and trying to talk to me but I couldn't really hear what she was saying so I proceed to walk to the restroom I think she was saying you have to buy something, I didn't have time to talk to her as you know when you gotta go you gotta go I was just going to go to the resttroom briefly and then order items on the menu As I I was taking care of business someone kept knocking at the door we don't have public restrooms I felt uncomfortable. I was hoping she doesn't follow every customer that goes to restroom to let them know the rules and regulations of the restaurant. I just decided to leave afterward.

The employee that made our subs acted like we didn’t matter. Also the Sweet Onion Sauce was the worst, horrible and nastiest stuff I have ever had. I threw half of my sandwich away, couldn’t eat it. Go back to the original Sweet Onion Sauce. The lady at the register was nice. Still will not go to Subway until they go back to the ORIGINAL SWEET ONION SAUCE!

Oven was broken and that made the sandwish horribly cold and NO soup was on hand either.not a good visit.

The person that made my sandwich had weird contacts and a couple of piercings tattoos according to my generation she would be considered weird but I never judge anyone cause we are all humans that need each other. However she happened to give me the best service and she engaged me immediately upon entering the store. I used to work at a very prestigious hotel so I was trained on efficient customer service. And I just want to acknowledge this young lady who actually had a conversation with me as she made my order. One of the great keys to getting people to come back to your establishment where there's competition is service and friendliness.
She definitely has the right attitude to bring people back to the store I forgot her name but she did tell me she works at different locations as a floater and I can see why. Good job to this young lady!

After entering at the Subway, I noticed a new menu to choose from!
Soon, I decided to get a six inch sub: club sub which included cheese & a few meats.

When the young lady was making my sub, she told me that I could add anything else! So I asked for a nice variety of ingredients, especially lots of mayo!

In due time, I was out the door, eager to eat my sub
at home!

The sandwich was good. The staff was eventually friendly to more customers. There were only 2 clean tables and a staff member was looking at their phone. 2 employees were helping customers and 1 employeeswas sitting, on their phone.

This is by far the cleanest subway. I really enjoy this location as it's always quicker and less traffic inside.

Order food ask staff if take subway coupons she replied we don't take coupons i said it from subway and you don't accept your own coupons ok

We went here to get food and the first employee that helped us out was yelling and was in a rush, I'm nevere going here again

I’ll start with this the other day I came in here and I had 2 male employees marco and adam (I got there names) they used to work at a different subway I went to all the time and where always great to see and was even greater to them again the made my sandwich’s perfect and amazing if the areas manager sees this please keep them!

Great staff, super friendly and fulfilled huge online order quickly on this Saturday afternoon for our volleyball team. Thanks guys!

To much going on behind to counter, employees hangin outside the restaurant smoking cigarettes

This is after several different visits over time, when always feels like things are harder than they need to be This time, tried to use a coupon, but because I added extra meat he would not let me use it, even though obviously offered to pay extra for the add on. Instead, he wanted me to pay $18 for a single foot long sandwich. Are you serious? $18? Subway quality meats and vegetables on what turned out to be stale bread?

Maybe this is the way things go there, but caught him rolling his eyes a couple times, plus all around felt like it did not make much sense. (Not that corporate policies ever do.) Asked for a manager on duty, did not seem like there even was one. Otherwise it was him. Been here other times, seems like a ship with a makeshift crew. Every. Single. Time.

A nice new store with a stable menu. The employees are service oriented. But.
Not strong on curb appeal. There's no outside lighting after dark and the parking lot is in desperate need of resurfacing. It's in a great location, but it seems like they stop at the door.

This group spoke to us customers all the while making our Subways, I told them there artist & keep up the Great Work.

Never go here they make a lot of errors with your online orders staff is not polite or professional filed several complaints with regional office with standard replies food is often not fresh

Service was lousy. Employees serve you as though their doing you a favor. It's not ALL Subway locations, but this particular one is bad.

The gentleman that worked on this day that we went was very nice and was more than happy to explain the difference between certain subways sandwiches and others was very clean and had a great attitude and personality

Got food poisoning from here. They only had Italian bread. They dropped food on the floor. The spinach and lettuce, which I assume got me sick, looked old and nasty. Should have thought twice.
