I came to buy with my children and the person who was attending did not give me service because there was a coupon, he said that they did not accept it, I said ok, serve me without the coupon and he told me why he is not going to pay me, he denied me the service

I had to bring this to everyone’s attention and possibly the Health Department. This place is constantly smelling horrendous like a dead body, literally inside and outside. I have witnessed a man sleeping inside there with fecal discharge on his blanket and the staffs are ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Something has to be done here before someone gets sick by patronizing this place.

This location fulfilled my Uber eats VEGGIE sandwich and had the audacity to put meat into it. My 31 year old girlfriend who hasn’t eaten meat in her life due to religious reasons ate half her wrap before we realized. I cannot put into words how not OK this is

The women that work here are simply terrible. Every time I come here I feel unwelcomed and feel as if I am asking to get things for free. They always throw my sandwich around and always give you attitude. Hopefully they get a raise and maybe that will help things.

If you order online and used any COUPONS through the Subway APP, 99.99 % they will cancel your order when you go to pick up and they will say system is down. Happens to me twice in row.

Place my order to take out when I get there, the old lady asked for my name and she looked in system and she said the system is down. However the system keeps working for other online customers.
Bad management looking just for the tips.

Went in on 04/18 customer service eh ok. Ordered a sandwich that stopped up my stomach and made me experience extreme diarrhea. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you enjoy pain I requested corporate number or manager and gave nothing. Reported restaurant to health inspector. Definitely wouldn’t do all of this if management was on duty at 11 am I might add.

Terrible customer service host order id: spm20230512122106 was awful very upset very rude with elderly customer in front of me rushing him and making remarks to other staff members in Spanish about him and laughing store was very nasty and messy tables weren't clean sad subway has come to this.

Do not go to this subway if you place orders online. I placed it, went inside, got my food and went to the office. I took a bite of my sandwich and realized it was the wrong sandwich. I ordered chicken teriyaki.

I called and they told me I had to go back and return it and they’d give me a credit for my sandwich. Anyone with a limited time for lunch knows that this is not ideal.

Very frustrating experience. I don’t understand how you can’t read the order and create the right sandwich.

Been to this location twice in last 2 months. Both times I’m the only customer, right before ordering I pull out of my pocket a coupon. Both times I was told we don’t do coupons or accept credit cards only cash. I have yet to order a sub here and seems as though they do not want to serve me.

The sandwich tasted bad and it was hair in the cookie. The soda tasted fine until we saw the hair and my husband totally lost his appetite and so did I.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. She answers the phone with an attitude and isn’t helpful at all. This has been my worst experience at a subway location

March-23-23 on Westheimer and voss This subway evertime I come to this one and get a cold cut than never have black olives something wrong or than just lazy to get them, a lot of customers want black Oliver and she never wash her hand after dealing with money some body needs to have a talk with all the employee

I placed a curbside order through the app, I waited 10 min after it said my order was ready because no one ever came out to my car with food as instructed, hence CURBSIDE order. I go in and they tell me they don’t have my order, I show the recipes, confirmation, address, the woman shrugs her shoulders and tells me it’s not on her screen so oh well. I point to my name on her screen then she tells me someone picked it up. I said it was curbside for one, for two I clearly didn’t get my food. I said you just hand out food and don’t ask for id or check to make sure it’s right? She just looked at me and says one second, and confines to help everyone who’s in line. Finally another woman comes out and re makes my order, and apologizes. This whole situation is unacceptable and they need to do better on customer service

I ordered two sandwiches online 04/27/23, and after 20 minutes when I received the notification that it is ready, I entered the shop, at first they told me that we don't have any online orders and they tried to ignore me. After my insistence, they said that because the chicken needed for one of the sandwiches was not available, that's why they canceled the order. I showed them that it was not canceled in the app it shows that the sandwich is ready, they told me very rudely that we have done whatever our role is. I asked why you didn't call me to ask me to change my order, and they said with an arrogance that we don't do that. After that, I asked for a refund of my money, and they said the supervisor will do it later. Then they asked to wait for the supervisor. Unfortunately, she came with an ego and sadness while holding a half-eaten sandwich in her hand and talking to me with a full mouth and very angry, and voided my order without any apology or explanation. This was the worst experience not only in the subway, even in my entire food shopping experience in the past several years because the behavior of the staff, especially the supervisor, was very unprofessional, rude, and shameless.
