To Malood - the gentleman who went to another cookie store a few doors down and bought chocolate chip cookies for my daughter with his own money because we visited his Subway for her favorite chocolate chip cookies and they were out. I truly wanted to thank this young man in person but when we went back in the store, he was assisting multiple customers. You Rock! Thank you for making our day!

Food was fine but the app needs a lot of work. Hard to use and glichy. Keeps timing out or unexpected error.

They have a sign for curbside pickup. When you call they tell you to come inside to get it. Then they told me I needed a mask for them to just hand me my order. The only reason I wasn't wearing it was because I was so upset the guy was so rude on the phone that I forgot the mask. When I told him they shouldn't have a sign for curbside pickup if not doing it, he said, "Just go, ma'am. " I would have never gone in if I hadn't already paid

Went inside during my lunch to get a sub and the girl with the blue hair seemed upset like she didn't want to be there (not my problem) but after my sub was made she barely closed it all the way and when I asked her to close it all the way she seemed to take offense to it. Needless to say I can just take my business somewhere else if it's so hard to do one little thing like close my sub all the way
